“But I will send a fire on the wall of Gaza, which shall devour the palaces thereof: And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.” Amos 1:7,8 (KJV)

EDITOR’S NOTE: For the past 7 weeks now, Palestinian terror group Hamas has led riots on the Gaza Israel border which to date has resulted in 41 dead, with another 5,560 wounded. Middle East watchers are expecting things to really ramp up on Monday, May 14th, as Israel celebrates its 70th anniversary of being back in the land and the United States opens their Embassy there in Jerusalem. Add to that the fact that Iran and Israel are a kitten’s whisker away from all out war with each other, and you have the makings of the potential fulfillment of Bible prophecy. NTEB will be live-blogging all day on the 14th, so make sure you stop by to see what’s happening. It just might blow your mind.

It was the seventh weekly protest aimed at shaking off a decade-old border blockade of Gaza, and a preview of what is expected to be a much larger border rally on Monday. On that day, protests are timed to coincide with the planned move of the U.S. Embassy in Israel to contested Jerusalem, where Palestinians hope to establish a future capital.

Protester Ahmed Deifallah, 25, said that President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and move the embassy there “is causing the volcano to spew.”

Deifallah, who is unemployed, said he is not afraid to die. “We are used to confronting the (Israeli) occupation with our bare chests,” he said, a Palestinian flag draped around his head. “We are used to wars and no one with us but Allah.”

Gaza’s Hamas leader, Yehiyeh Sinwawr, has said he expects tens of thousands to participate on Monday. He has raised the possibility of a mass border breach, comparing protesters to a “starving tiger,” unpredictable and full of pent-up anger.

Israel has said it will prevent any border breach and has stuck to its open-fire policies, such as targeting “main instigators” and those approaching the fence, despite growing international criticism.

There are growing concerns that if Israel and Hamas dig in, a widespread border breach in coming days could lead to large numbers of casualties.

Since the Hamas-led marches began in late March, 41 Palestinian protesters have been killed by Israeli fire, including a 40-year-old man shot dead Friday, according to the Gaza Health Ministry. More than 1,700 Palestinians have been shot and wounded, including 49 on Friday. Seven of the injured on Friday were in serious condition, among them a 16-year-old with a shot to the head.

Israel says it has a right to defend its border and has accused Hamas of using the protests as a cover for attacking the border. Rights groups say the use of potentially lethal force against unarmed protesters is unlawful.

The protests, driven by despair among Gaza’s 2 million people, are part of a campaign to break the blockade imposed by Israel and Egypt after the Islamic militant Hamas overran Gaza in 2007.

Monday’s inauguration of the U.S. Embassy comes five months after President Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, a move that outraged Palestinians as blatantly pro-Israel.

The Israeli-annexed eastern sector of Jerusalem is sought as a future Palestinian capital — at least by those supporting Hamas’ political rival, West Bank-based Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. Hamas seeks an Islamic state in the entire historic Palestine, including what is now Israel, but has said it is ready for a long-term truce.

Another large-scale protest is planned for Tuesday, when Palestinians mark their “nakba,” or catastrophe, referring to their mass uprooting during the Mideast war over Israel’s 1948 creation. Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians were driven out or fled homes in what is now Israel. More than two-thirds of Gaza residents are descendants of refugees.

On Friday, thousands of protesters gathered in five tent camps set up weeks ago, each several hundred meters (yards) from the border. From there, smaller groups moved closer to the border fence.

In an area east of Gaza City, protesters burned tires, releasing large plumes of black smoke, and threw stones. Some flew kites with burning rags attached. One of the kites was downed by a small Israeli drone. Israeli soldiers fired live rounds and volleys of tear gas.

Witnesses said Israeli forces on the other side of the fence had added reinforcements, including cement slabs, as protective cover. In recent weeks, soldiers have fired from behind sand berms.

Meanwhile, Gaza government officials announced that Egypt will open its border with Gaza for four days starting Saturday. Helping reinforce the Israeli blockade, Egypt has kept the Rafah crossing point, Gaza’s main gate to the outside world, closed most of the time since the Hamas takeover.Egypt opens the crossing from time to time, mainly to allow people in special categories, including medical patients and Gaza residents studying abroad, to leave the territory or return to it. The upcoming opening was framed as a humanitarian gesture ahead of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, which begins next week.

In Jordan, dozens of Palestinians waving flags and chanting slogans joined “nakba” protests in an area near the Israeli-controlled frontier between the West Bank and the kingdom. Many of Jordan’s residents are descendants of Palestinian refugees. source

APOCALYPTIC INFERNO: Out Of Control Fire Rages Across The Pacific Palisades In California As Week One Of The New Year Officially Comes To A Close

Published

on

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

Fearsome winds forced crews to ground firefighting aircraft in the battle against the Palisades fire on Tuesday night, making it even more challenging for firefighters to get a handle on the fast-growing blaze.

As of yesterday, the new year of 2025 was officially one week old and yet has so far managed to pack about 3 months worth of news into that 7-day period. Donald Trump is still 12 days away from being sworn in, and the Palisades fire is an excellent type picture of what it feels like in this new year. It feels like everything all around us is literally on fire like the fire ravaging the Palisades right now.

Behold, all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks: walk in the light of your fireand in the sparks that ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.” Isaiah 50:11 (KJB)

Another problem they are having in California right now is they are running out of water, and because of that, efforts are now focused more on evacuation than they are on putting the fire out. Amid the hellish backdrop of the apocalyptic inferno, evacuation notices were placed along the affluent coastal region, with a chilling warning which read: ‘Immediate threat to life.’ Pray for the people in California, pray for a quick end to these fires, pray for the Lord to use you in these end times. That’s the memo.

Palisades fire: Worst is ‘yet to come’ as winds gain speed, ground aircraft

FROM THE LOS ANGELES TIMES: The use of aircraft was halted shortly before 8 p.m., and Los Angeles fire officials said they would continually reassess weather conditions to determine when they might be used again, said Margaret Stewart with the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The fire remained 0% contained at 11 p.m. Tuesday as “extreme fire behavior” continued to challenge firefighters, according to the L.A. County Fire Department. Wind gusts up to 60 mph were expected to continue through Thursday. The fire ignited at Piedra Morada Drive at 10:30 a.m. and had scorched 2,921 acres by early evening, forcing more than 30,000 residents to flee their homes. The extreme wind event blasting Southern California was forecast to peak between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 5 a.m. Wednesday, posing a serious challenge to overnight efforts to combat the growing blaze.

“This event is not only not over, but it is just getting started and will get significantly worse before it gets better,” UCLA climate scientist Daniel Swain said in a briefing just after 4 p.m. Tuesday.

The strongest and most widespread winds are “yet to come,” Swain said, as is the lowest humidity. L.A. County Fire Chief Anthony Marrone had warned around 4 p.m. Tuesday that increasing winds could make an air attack unfeasible. Although it might be frustrating for residents to see firefighting aircraft grounded, extreme winds can make those efforts less effective, as water or retardant that is dropped is immediately dispersed by the wind, said Gov. Gavin Newsom, who visited the site of the Palisades fire Tuesday.

“We can be up there all day, making people feel good,” he said, “but we’re not doing any good.”

The combination of extreme winds and critically low humidity created a dangerous recipe for new fires to break out overnight.

“We are anticipating — hopefully we’re wrong — but we’re anticipating other fires happening,” Newsom said at 4 p.m, adding that the state had strategically positioned resources in areas of high fire risk.

By around 6:30 p.m., that prediction had come true as the Eaton fire broke out in the hills above Altadena near Eaton Canyon. It had burned about 1,000 acres by late Tuesday night, prompting evacuations in the area west of the Eaton Canyon Golf Course, according to the U.S. Forest Service and the California Department of Foresty and Fire Protection. The strong winds led officials to suspend air coverage of the Eaton fire for the evening, Derderian said at 8:45 p.m.

Around 10:10 p.m., a brush fire, dubbed the Hurst fire, ignited in Sylmar and quickly spread to 100 acres, according to the U.S. Forest Service. Meanwhile, the Palisades fire continued to charge forward, threatening thousands of homes and scores of businesses. READ MORE

HERE IT COMES AGAIN: CDC Reports That The First H5 Bird Flu Death Has Occurred 13 Days Before Donald Trump Is Slated To Be Sworn In As President

Published

on

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

A Louisiana man has become the first person in the United States to die of avian influenza, Bird Flu, the CDC reported on Monday.

Just in time for Donald Trump to be inaugurated as the 47th president of the United States, the first person to die from Bird Flu has now been recorded. Are we at the beginning of another pandemic? It sure seems that way, and it sure feels a lot like it did back in January of 2020. Welcome to 2025, new year is officially one week old today. Feels like a month though, doesn’t it?

“The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.” Ecclesiastes 1:9 (KJB)

The coming events they’ve prepared for us in 2025 may be shocking, but they won’t be too surprising if you’ve been paying even the least bit of attention these past 1,758 Days of 15 Days To Flatten The Curve. What would a bird flu pandemic look like? A whole like like the COVID pandemic, and how much you want to bet they’ve already created the mRNA vaccines? Just as we told you last time, the vaccines will be deadly and you’ll be very sorry you took them, so don’t. Funny thing, the last pandemic happened when Trump was president, and the last vaccine came through the Trump presidency. Now it would appear that, as COVID was a hallmark of his first term, so bird flu will be in his second term. Oh, how the Deep State loves irony. You better stay ‘safe, sane and sanitized’, the Songbird is getting ready to sing.

First H5 Bird Flu Death Reported in United States

FROM THE CDC: CDC is saddened by Louisiana’s report that a person previously hospitalized with severe avian influenza A(H5N1) illness (“H5N1 bird flu”) has passed away. While tragic, a death from H5N1 bird flu in the United States is not unexpected because of the known potential for infection with these viruses to cause severe illness and death. As of January 6, 2025, there have been 66 confirmed human cases of H5N1 bird flu in the United States since 2024 and 67 since 2022.

This is the first person in the United States who has died as a result of an H5 infection. Outside the United States, more than 950 cases of H5N1 bird flu have been reported to the World Health Organization; about half of those have resulted in death.

CDC has carefully studied the available information about the person who died in Louisiana and continues to assess that the risk to the general public remains low. Most importantly, no person-to-person transmission spread has been identified. As with the case in Louisiana, most H5 bird flu infections are related to animal-to-human exposures. Additionally, there are no concerning virologic changes actively spreading in wild birds, poultry, or cows that would raise the risk to human health. (CDC reported previously on its analysis of the viruses isolated from the patient in Louisiana.) However, people with job-related or recreational exposures to infected birds or other animals are at greater risk of infection. For these and others, CDC has developed prevention resources about how to protect yourself. READ MORE
