Friday morning, a convoy of relief trucks leave Grace Baptist Church in Kentucky on their way to Bible Baptist and the people of Asheville, North Carolina

All week long, NTEB’er Charlton Head has spent all day every day checking off the check list of things needed to get done for tomorrow’s run up to Asheville. First stop was Johnson City, Tennessee, to the Appalachian Bible and Tract ministry for 500 Reina-Valeria Gomez Spanish Bibles and scripture portions, then drive to Ekron, Kentucky to meet up with the men at Grace Baptist Church. Once there, thousands of dollars of King James Bibles, assorted hygiene products, diapers, clothes, non-perishable food stuffs, buckets, shovels and about 20 pallets of large water bottles were purchased and loaded onto multiple trucks. Charlton and the men spent all day doing this today, and now it’s complete. Tomorrow morning at first light, they ride…TO THE FIGHT!!!

Pastor Andrew Tucker at Grace Baptist Church is the point man for this operation, our second one in as many weeks, and he has put together a genuine ‘tribulation force’ of machines, materials and men who are motivated to do all this. None of this would be happening without his faithfulness to the Lord Jesus. In the midst of it all, you will find NTEB’er Charlie On The Hwy, Charlton, and each and every one of you who are praying for this relief effort, and who are contributing financially to make it all possible. It takes a lot of strong, mature Christians to do something like this, it takes a lot of money to pay for it all, put those two things together at the same time and you can move mountains for the Lord. Please pray for the convoy tomorrow, 5 truckloads of supplies and men behind the wheels will be headed to Asheville, and they very much need the tender mercies of the Lord to arrive, intact, to their destination. Once there, all these things will be delivered to Pastor Andrew Sluder at Bible Baptist Church, where anyone in the town who needs food, water, clothing, diapers, personal items or God’s preserved word in English or Spanish can simply drive up, roll down their window, and be handed whatever they need, for free.
