Vladimir Putin has been more than a bit provocative of late, ratcheting up the rhetoric, but also engaging his troops in war exercises. He is showing the whole world his military prowess, and that he is ready and willing to use it.

“For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.” Matthew 24:7-8 (KJV)

Putin also told many news sources that using his nuclear capabilities during the Ukraine crisis was not out of the question. He said that he thought he was going to have to use nukes at one point. America is now on European soil along with several NATO countries.

Amid NATO exercises, Russia puts Northern Fleet on ‘full alert’

As the U.S. and several Eastern European NATO countries conduct a series of military exercises near Russia’s border, Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered his Northern Fleet “to full alert in a snap combat readiness exercise” in the Arctic, state-run media reported Monday. At least one Russian leader described the drill as routine and unrelated to the “international situation.”

NATO forces put on a show of strength within yards of Estonia’s Russian border, with armored personnel carriers, tanks and 1,300 Estonian soldiers forming a military parade. The parade, which also included 100 troops from Britain and other European nations, followed warnings from David Cameron on Tuesday that the Baltics could be next in Russia’s sights for a Crimea-style annexation.

The drills will run through Friday, Sputnik reported. A flotilla of minesweepers will support the Northern Fleet’s nuclear submarines in the Barents Sea as part of the drill, the Tass news agency reported, citing a Defense Ministry statement.

“Mine-sweeping groups of the Kola Flotilla have moved to the designated areas of the Barents within the framework of a snap check of combat readiness of the Northern Fleet forces for supporting the deployment of the main forces of the fleet, including the deployment of nuclear and diesel submarines of the Northern Fleet,” the statement says.

The ships will conduct magnetic, acoustic and contact demining sweeps during the drill, Tass reported. Despite a number of countries participating in various military drills in Eastern Europe, a Kremlin spokesman described the Northern Fleet inspection as routine practice aimed at improving military capabilities.

“The practice of snap checks will become regular, as it is beneficial for improving the mechanisms of control and operation of the armed forces. This is an absolutely regular process of the armed forces’ operation, of preparation and development of Russia’s armed forces,” Dmitry Peskov told Tass on Monday. Conversely, a diplomat told Tass that Russia was “deeply concerned” about NATO drills near its border.

“It is especially surprising that this is happening in Northeastern Europe, which is the most stable region not only on our continent, but also maybe in the whole world,” Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexey Meshkov said. “Such NATO actions lead to destabilization of the situation and increasing tensions in Northeastern Europe.”

Among the recent drills in Eastern Europe:

In its largest military operation in decades, Norway sent 5,000 troops to conduct military exercises between Alta and Lakselv in Finnmark county, which borders Russia, according to the Barents Observer.
About 100 U.S. soldiers are expected to conduct an exercise this month using a Patriot missile battery and a Polish air defense brigade “at a location on Polish territory,” Pentagon spokesman Col. Steve Warren said. The exercise is part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, which began in response to Russia’s involvement in Ukraine and its annexation of Crimea last year, the U.S. Defense Department said.
Also as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, the U.S. Army will soon send armored Stryker vehicles on a 1,100-mile convoy through six European countries to show solidarity with its allies. The “highly visible” convoy will travel through Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Latvia and the Czech Republic en route to Vilseck, Germany, a U.S. Army Europe spokesman told the military newspaper, Stars and Stripes.
In a “regularly scheduled” exercise aimed at demonstrating NATO’s commitment to “collective defense” in the Black Sea, the Standing NATO Maritime Group Two — a collection of warships — will train with the Bulgarian, Romanian and Turkish navies and visit Varna, Bulgaria, to meet with local authorities and navy officials, NATO said.

The U.S. Air Force moved a dozen A-10 Thunderbolt “tankbuster” attack jets to an air base in Germany and the U.S. military placed hundreds of tanks and military vehicles in Latvia, where they’ll be matched up with 3,000 troops from Fort Stewart, Georgia. [1] – source

The U.S. flexes its muscle:

“An intercontinental ballistic missile was fired early Monday from a facility in California, the US Air Force announced, saying the tests were a message to the world about Washington’s nuclear capabilities. The Minuteman III missile was fitted with a “test re-entry vehicle” instead of a live thermonuclear warhead, and was test-launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base (AFB) in California at 03:36 local time (10:36 GMT), according to the Air Force statement.”

“With these launches, we not only verify our processes and the ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) weapon system, we provide a visual to the world that the Minuteman III is capable of striking pretty much anywhere with extreme precision,” said Lt. Col Tytonia Moore of the 90th Missile Wing, based out of the Francis E. Warren AFB in Wyoming, according to the statement. [2] – source

US and NATO Presence in Baltic States

Hundreds of US armored vehicles have been arriving in Latvia, with thousands of troops to follow. The deployment comes amid efforts to reassure Baltic states – wary of Moscow’s intentions amid the Ukraine crisis – and after Russia’s full withdrawal from a European arms control pact, signed in 1990.

“We are disappointed by Russia’s decision to suspend the participation in the Joint Consultative Group of the Conventional Armed Forces Treaty in Europe,” NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told reporters on Wednesday.

“We still support all efforts to have arms control and we believe that the treaty is important.” The US deployment in Europe is part of the American army’s “Operation Atlantic Resolve”: aimed at demonstrating commitment to NATO allies Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, all former Soviet territories. The Baltic states are increasingly worried about Moscow’s next move following Russia’s annexation of Crimea and support for pro-Russian rebels in Ukraine. [3] – source

North Korea on the brink yet again

SEOUL, South Korea – North Korean state media said Monday that Pyongyang had carried through with a threat to cancel the 60-year-old armistice that ended the Korean War, as it and South Korea staged dueling war games amid threatening rhetoric that has risen to the highest level since North Korea rained artillery shells on a South Korean island in 2010.

Enraged over the South’s joint military drills with the United States and recent U.N. sanctions, Pyongyang has piled threat on top of threat, including vows to launch a nuclear strike on the U.S. Seoul has responded with tough talk of its own and has placed its troops on high alert.

The North Korean government made no formal announcement Monday on its repeated threats to scrap the armistice, but the country’s main newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, reported that the armistice was nullified Monday as Pyongyang had earlier announced it would.

The North followed through on another promise Monday, shutting down a Red Cross hotline that the North and South used for general communication and to discuss aid shipments and separated families’ reunions.

The 11-day military drills that started Monday involve 10,000 South Korean and about 3,000 American troops. Those coincide with two months of separate U.S.-South Korean field exercises that began March 1. [4] – source

Russia calls to ban American nukes

Russia called for a ban on American nuclear weapons in parts of Europe, saying the U.S. is breaking an international agreement by holding joint nuclear training missions with NATO allies that don’t possess such weapons.

Using ships and airfields as well as training crews from non-nuclear states from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in such exercises is “in direct contradiction to the letter and spirit” of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, or NPT, ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said in a statement on its website.

“There can be only one solution,” Lukashevich said. Russia is calling for “the return of all nonstrategic nuclear weapons” to U.S. territory as well as “a ban on stationing them abroad, elimination of infrastructure for their rapid deployment, and denial of training for the preparation and use of nuclear weapons” by the militaries of non-nuclear states. From where I stand, it looks as if a World War could erupt at any time. Add ISIS and Al Qaeda to the mix, and this could explode into an World War like this earth has never experienced.

Donald Trump has Main Character Syndrome in his very own stage play, and granted, he is the most-powerful man in the free world, but above and beyond that, there is no shortage of drama here on Day 1,850 of 15 Days To Flatten The Curve. What comes next? Everything! Have you noticed that with all the craziness, people have stopped talking about releasing the Epstein Files? Yeah. about that, nothing’s coming. Just like nothing’s going to come out about who really shot JFK, who is really behind the drone incursions, and what does the government really think about UFOs? Dow surges 2,000 points, Nasdaq jumps 8% after Trump signals a 90-day pause on some tariffs

FROM CNBC: The S&P 500 gained 6%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 2159 points, or 5.7%. The Nasdaq Composite jumped 8%.

“I have authorized a 90 day PAUSE, and a substantially lowered Reciprocal Tariff during this period, of 10%, also effective immediately,” Trump posted on his Truth Social.

It wasn’t clear if the pause would be for all nations or just some. Trump, in the same post, said he was raising the tariff on China higher again to 125%. Shares of the stocks hardest hit during this tariff battle led the comeback. Apple was up 7% and Nvidia surged 10%. Walmart gained 9%. Before Trump’s announcement, stocks were volatile during most of Wednesday’s session, dealing with a tit-for-tat back and forth between China and Trump. The EU also approved its first set of tariffs on the U.S. set to start April 15.

Stocks were trending higher with traders appeared encouraged Wednesday morning after Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said he would be taking a lead negotiating role in tariff talks. Also, shortly after the market open Wednesday, Trump urged investors that now was “a great time to buy.”

Anxiety around the rollout of the tariffs fueled a four-day rout for stocks. Over the course of the previous four trading sessions, the Dow lost more than 4,500 points, while the S&P 500 sustained a 12% loss. The Nasdaq Composite was down more than 13% in that period. READ MORE

How well I remember the Prepper Movement back in the early days of Now The End Begins, and we wrote and talked about people who made storehouses of food and necessities on their properties, purchased guns and ammo in large numbers, giving birth to a cottage industry that was just as much 1776 as it was 21st century. But that was then and this is now, and now we have an America that has so far lived through 5 years of engineered pandemics, bioweapon vaccines, digital ID and lockdowns, and knows that war, civil or global, is absolutely coming. Welcome to the Prepared Citizen Movement.

Americans Are Preparing for When All Hell Breaks Loose

FROM THE NY TIMES: Ten men, some wearing camouflage, others in vests loaded with ammunition for their AR-15 rifles, gathered under the morning shade of oak trees in Central Florida last month. They were there to learn marksmanship tactics common among Special Operation forces and elite law enforcement units. Their instructor, Christopher Eric Roscher, an Air Force veteran, introduced himself and then led the group in prayer.

“Lord, you would use them as assets, to be protectors in this world, in a world that’s full of evil,” he prayed.

The men gathered around him were not soldiers, police officers or right-wing militia members. They were mostly civilians, including two pilots, a nurse and a construction company executive. The class’s title — Full Contender Minuteman — even referred to the civilians turned soldiers of the American Revolution.

In a world shaped by war, a pandemic and extreme weather, more Americans are getting ready for crisis — whether it’s to fight a tyrannical government, repel an invading army or respond to a natural disaster. They are known as prepared or professional citizens, part of a growing number of gun owners who are adapting their mind-set to uncertain and polarized times. And rather than being part of more fringe “prepper” culture, they are growing more mainstream, catered to by companies ready to offer them the tools and training to be ready.

Prepared citizenry and the more familiar practice of “prepping” share some characteristics, though preppers are more focused on getting ready for long-term self-sufficiency — keeping chickens, growing a vegetable garden and storing supplies in bulk. Prepared citizens want to be ready for sudden calamity.

The concept emerged for Mr. Roscher, 35, as he watched Russia invade Ukraine in 2022. Ukrainian civilians were flooding the streets with little ability to defend themselves. “It really hit home for me,” he said.

Mr. Roscher began teaching firearms classes after leaving active duty in the Air Force and started his own training company, Barrel & Hatchet Trade Group, with his business partner Tyler Burke in 2020. Barrel & Hatchet also has a YouTube channel, an Instagram account, a podcast and a gear store.

Their programming is a mix of firearms reviews, training tips and lists, and lessons in being mentally prepared for a disaster. In the past year or so, Mr. Roscher’s turn toward Christianity and prayer has also attracted a receptive audience and clientele. Mr. Roscher recently produced a video he called “Things We Need to Remember, for the Dark Chapter Coming,” which highlighted his belief that some societal flashpoint is near, whether it be from attacks led by drug cartels, possible terrorist sleeper cells spread across the United States or an economic downturn.

His monologue, which also detailed a vivid dream of a nuclear blast, sounded almost like a sermon. READ MORE

The Acts of the Apostles, also known as the Book of Acts, shows you the life and ministry of the apostles of Jesus including the one who is “born out of due time”, the apostle Paul

We have begun our comprehensive look at the Acts of the Apostles, 28 chapters that take you from the Kingdom Age right into the Church Age. Along the way we see the roots and foundations of the New Testament Church as we know it today, rightly dividing as we go, watching for the dispensation to change. And change it does in a mighty way. But remember, the book of Acts is primarily a look into the lives of the apostles themselves, and things will look a little different than how Paul describes the Church in places like 1 Timothy. Signs, miracles and wonders are present, but they will come to an end by the time the book closes. The Kingdom Age closes with the stoning of Stephen, and the Church Age begins with the salvation of the Ethiopian eunuch. The Acts of the Apostles is one of the most exciting books in the New Testament, but one you must get right or you will wreck.

I sent two of the letters to former Catholic priests of mine….I attached the response from him urging me to read the book “Prove It!.” My wife and I have been placing your gospel tracks in different places we visit. This coming Sunday, I am hosting my first Bible study in my house with some people in our neighborhood. Tomorrow evening I have been given a chance to teach the lesson to our youth church group (our church is very Laodicean), and I am going to talk to the youth on end times.
