Bill Gates abandons Climate Change Movement and realigns himself with the mob of tech billionaires who have attached themselves to Donald Trump

Bill Gates is a man of no principles, and as such can change his mind and switch his allegiance at the drop of a hat if it means furthering the vast pile of wealth he continues to accumulate. For years now, Gates has championed Climate Change, writing checks to advance the Liberal agenda, through his non-profit Breakthrough Energy. But now he’s shuttered the part of it that lobbied for Climate Change causes like the Inflation Reduction Act, the CHIPS Act, and the Infrastructure Law. What’s behind his sudden change of heart? He wants a seat at the table in the new Trump administration, and he happily dumped Climate Change to do it. That’s the memo.

Why have so many tech billionaire attached themselves to Donald Trump? Because this time around, he is going to give them everything they ask for, that’s why. Trump’s trumpeting of projects like Stargate are proof of this assertion. The tech billionaires smell blood in the water, and they have seized thier opportunity to become tech trillionaires. Man-made Climate Change was always a made up cudgel with which the billionaires beat us into submission, but they no longer need these contrivances, they now have access to something that money cannot buy – real power. Climate Change, the Pandemic, the mRNA gene editing jab, biometric ID, these are all things the tech billionaire elites come up with to enrich themselves while enslaving us. You going to see some very strange things with some very unusual alliances in this new Trump administration.

Bill Gates Gives Up on Climate Change

FROM FUTURISM: In decades past, as the effects of climate change slowly became undeniable, some looked to the super-rich — the billionaires with enough cash to really make a splash — for solutions. They backed green energy campaigns and carbon capture programs, pushed plastics recycling and climate change messaging. New products hit the market as ethical consumption became the rule of the day: electric vehicles, solar panels, reusable bags, carbon-neutral dryer balls.

By the early 2020s, billionaires had positioned themselves as the masters of climate change policy, taking advantage of their great fortunes to become indispensable to environmentalism.

Now, however, many of those same billionaires are pulling support at an alarming rate. And Bill Gates — Microsoft founder, sixth richest man in the world, and alleged sex pest — is the latest among them. New reporting by Heatmap is signaling the end of a “major chapter in climate giving,” as Breakthrough Energy — Gates’ climate change nonprofit — has locked the doors on its policy and advocacy office, laying off dozens of employees throughout Europe and the US.

Breakthrough’s lobbying was central to advancing climate policy through legislation championed by the Biden administration, including the Inflation Reduction Act, the CHIPS Act, and the bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Though the billionaire’s for-profit green energy investments at companies like Arnergy and Mission Zero Technologies remain in place, Breakthrough’s belt-tightening will very likely end the nonprofit’s grant writing efforts.  That’s a major blow to climate nonprofits, and further evidence that, for all their feel-good bluster, the mega-rich never forget their bottom line.

Ever since billionaire real estate mogul Donald Trump won his second presidential election, tech barons like Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Sundar Pichai, and of course Elon Musk have made no bones about shedding their progressive skin and embracing the new administration.

Gates, too, is cozying up to the returning president. In early January, the Microsoft founder spent three hours dining with his fellow billionaire, telling the Wall Street Journal he was “frankly impressed” by Trump’s grasp on the issues dear to him. Though many no doubt feel betrayed by what seems like a sudden rightward turn, billionaires like Gates have always behaved like wolves in sheep’s clothing, prioritizing their fortunes above all. Pope Francis has denounced the arrogance of those who seek dominion over nature, which leads to the degradation of the environment.

Imagine calling yourself the ‘Vicar of Christ’, a Roman Catholic title which means whoever holds that position is the personification of Jesus Christ on this Earth. Wow, how awesome that must be. You might well imagine that someone called the Vicar of Christ would be a veritable storehouse of Bible knowledge and scripture references, just like the real Jesus is in the Bible. Yet somehow, Pope Francis, the current Vicar of Christ, doesn’t seem to know any Bible at all, and when he mentions things like the Holy Spirit, they are very often in complete disharmony with the biblical Holy Spirit. It’s like walking into McDonald’s and walking out with an Impossible Burger, something just doesn’t add up.

If you are a Roman Catholic, you must at some point come to grips with the fact that you have sworn allegiance to a man who is a New Age Gaia worshipper who is leading you into paganism. That’s exactly who Pope Francis is, the Vicar of Christ he absolutely is not. There is no such thing, in the Bible, as a ‘Mother Earth’, Paul says our mother is not the Earth, not Mary, but New Jerusalem who is the “mother of us all”. If you’re a Catholic, the Bible tells you that Mary had 6 other children, that the only mediator between man and God is the Man Christ Jesus, and to call no man your father upon the Earth. If you want to believe something, start with that.

Pope Francis Laments ‘Mother Earth Violated and Devastated’

FROM BREITBART NEWS: In his annual message for the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation, the pontiff urges people of faith to embrace “creation as an earthly paradise, mother earth, which is meant to be a place of joy and a promise of happiness for all.”

Harmony among men and women “should also be extended to creation,” he writes in the message released Thursday, “in a sense of responsibility for a humane and integral ecology, the path to salvation for our common home and for us who inhabit it.”

Through sin, creation “was enslaved, albeit through no fault of its own, and finds itself unable to fulfil the lasting meaning and purpose for which it was designed,” he states. “It is subject to dissolution and death, aggravated by the human abuse of nature.”

Therefore, the Holy Spirit “continually guides us and calls us to conversion, to a change in lifestyle in order to resist the degradation of our environment,” he contends.

This conversion “entails leaving behind the arrogance of those who want to exercise dominion over others and nature itself, reducing the latter to an object to be manipulated,” he adds, “and instead embracing the humility of those who care for others and for all of creation.”

To claim the right to possess and dominate nature “represents a form of idolatry,” Francis declares, “a Promethean version of man who, intoxicated by his technocratic power, arrogantly places the earth in a ‘dis-graced’ condition, deprived of God’s grace.”

The protection of creation “is not only an ethical issue, but one that is eminently theological, for it is the point where the mystery of man and the mystery of God intersect,” he asserts. Thursday’s message is just the latest in an unbroken series of ecological pronouncements that have characterized Francis’ 11-year pontificate.

In 2015, he became the first pope in history to dedicate an entire encyclical letter to environmental issues. In that letter, bearing the Latin title Laudato Si (“Praised Be”), the pope urged Christians to become more ecologically aware and active.

The earth “is beginning to look more and more like an immense pile of filth” as “once beautiful landscapes are now covered with rubbish,” he wrote.

Francis also decried a failure to recycle paper and other resources, while calling climate change “a global problem with grave implications” and “one of the principal challenges facing humanity in our day.” Citing “scientific studies,” the pontiff said that “most global warming in recent decades is due to the great concentration of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane, nitrogen oxides and others) released mainly as a result of human activity.”

“Every effort to protect and improve our world entails profound changes in lifestyles, models of production and consumption, and the established structures of power which today govern societies,” he warned.

This past April, Pope Francis told CBS News that climate change deniers are “stupid” to refute compelling evidence of a climate emergency.

“Some people are stupid (necios), and stupid even if you show them research, they don’t believe it,” the pontiff told CBS Evening News anchor Norah O’Donnell when asked what he would say to the deniers of the climate crisis. READ MORE

The Degrowth Movement for Climate Change has swelled in recent years, particularly in Europe and in academic circles, now it’s been linked up with Communism. Doesn’t that sound like fun?

Make no mistake about it, the Climate Change Movement as it exists around the world in 2024 is very much a religion, and within that context, its adherents are working feverishly to bring in an eco-theocracy. The object of worship is, of course, the divine feminine in the form of ‘Mother Earth’, and now a new group called the ‘Degrowth Movement’ combines Agenda 2030 with Communism. Doesn’t that sound exciting? It does if you’re Bill Gates or Klaus Schwab. Say hello to the ‘new guy’, Kohei Saito

Of course, all of this is leading us towards Communism, towards the enslavement warned about in books like ‘1984’ that was written by a Socialist who saw the handwriting on the wall. The concept of man-made climate change is a hoax, not even close to being true on any level. But it makes an excellent cudgel with which to batter your fellow man into submission. According to their own evolutionist doctrines, the most climate change happened in the Neoproterozoic Period 600 million years ago when the planet was much warmer than today. In the Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum Period around 92 million years ago, another heat spike. And in the Younger Dryas Period of about 12,000 years ago, things abruptly cooled off. Ice Age. You will note that none of these periods were affected by anything man was or was not doing. So whether it’s C40 Cites, eating bugs instead of steak, Degrowth Communism, Climate Change, Agenda 2030, or the Great Reset, it all comes from the same people, and takes you the same place. That’s the memo, Comrade.

Is America Ready for ‘Degrowth Communism’?

FROM MICROSOFT START: The theory has dramatic implications. Instead of finding carbon-neutral ways to power our luxurious modern lifestyles, degrowth would require us to surrender some material comforts. One leading proponent suggests imposing a hard cap on total national energy use, which would ratchet down every year. Energy-intensive activities might be banned outright or taxed to near oblivion. (Say goodbye, perhaps, to hamburgers, SUVs, and your annual cross-country flight home for the holidays.) You’d probably be prohibited from setting the thermostat too cold in summer or too warm in winter. To keep frivolous spending down, the government might decide which products are “wasteful” and ban advertising for them. Slower growth would require less labor, so the government would shorten the workweek and guarantee a job for every person.

Saito did not invent degrowth, but he has put his own spin on it by adding the C word – Communism

As for what kind of “communism” we’re talking about, Saito tends to emphasize workers’ cooperatives and generous social-welfare policies rather than top-down Leninist state control of the economy. He says he wants democratic change rather than revolution—though he’s fuzzy on how exactly you get people to vote for shrinkage.

This message has found an enthusiastic audience. Saito’s 2020 book, Capital in the Anthropocene, sold half a million copies. He took a job at the prestigious University of Tokyo and became a regular commentator on Japanese TV—one of the few far-left talking heads in that country’s conservative media sphere. When we met up in April, he was touring the northeastern U.S. to promote the new English translation of the book, titled Slow Down: The Degrowth Manifesto, and planning to appear on a series of panels at Georgetown University to discuss his ideas. One day during his New York stint, we visited the pro-Palestinian protests at Columbia University, where a young protester named Tianle Zhang spotted him and waved him over, telling Saito he’s the reason he’s applying to graduate school. They took a selfie together, and Saito posted it on X.

Saito’s haters are just as passionate as his admirers. The right-wing podcaster James Lindsay recently dedicated a three-hour episode to what he called Saito’s “death cult.” Liberals who favor renewable energy and other technologies say Saito’s ideas would lead to stagnation. On the pro-labor left, Jacobin magazine published multiple articles criticizing degrowth in general and Saito in particular, calling his vision a “political disaster” that would hurt the working class. And don’t get the Marxist textualists started; they accuse Saito of distorting the great man’s words in order to portray Marx as the OG degrowth communist.

On a recent Saturday, Saito sat onstage at the People’s Forum, a community center in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood, along with three other panelists: a historian, a geographer, and a journalist from The New Republic. It was a friendly crowd, but each of the panelists cast gentle doubt on Saito’s pitch. The historian said he’d like to see more modeling of the impact of degrowth policies; the geographer wondered how a degrowth agenda would ever expand beyond small, local experiments; and the journalist, Kate Aronoff, suggested that degrowth had a branding problem.

Saito had just begun his U.S. tour, and he was already encountering more resistance than he’d expected. “One thing surprising about American culture is they’re really anti-degrowth,” Saito told me after the event, as we walked along a chaotic stretch of 9th Avenue. READ MORE
