The Acts of the Apostles, also known as the Book of Acts, shows you the life and ministry of the apostles of Jesus including the one who is “born out of due time”, the apostle Paul

We have begun our comprehensive look at the Acts of the Apostles, 28 chapters that take you from the Kingdom Age right into the Church Age. Along the way we see the roots and foundations of the New Testament Church as we know it today, rightly dividing as we go, watching for the dispensation to change. And change it does in a mighty way. But remember, the book of Acts is primarily a look into the lives of the apostles themselves, and things will look a little different than how Paul describes the Church in places like 1 Timothy. Signs, miracles and wonders are present, but they will come to an end by the time the book closes. The Kingdom Age closes with the stoning of Stephen, and the Church Age begins with the salvation of the Ethiopian eunuch. The Acts of the Apostles is one of the most exciting books in the New Testament, but one you must get right or you will wreck.

God reveals his plan for your life to the degree in which you are willing to submit your life to Him for His purposes and for His glory, can you do that?

Does God have a plan for your life? He sure does, but you make not like it much because there are things required on your part in order to bring it about. What if God’s plan for your life required you to give something up, would you do it? How about going through a particular trial or hardship? If you’re lost, God has a plan for you, and He did it on the cross at Calvary. Paid for your sins in His own blood. His will is that you receive that payment. If you’re saved, God absolutely has a plan for you, and it’s found right inside the pages of your King James Bible. Preached live this morning at Bethany Baptist Church in Saint Augustine, Florida.

God’s plan for your life does not involve you fitting God into your plans and then asking Him to bless it, not even close. God’s plan for your life is found in the midst of the sanctified and submitted life, live unto God for the glory of God. It’s about you being willing to lay down your life so that He can work and move in it to His glory. If you are willing to do that, as Paul tells us we should, then you can and will know God’s plan for your life. It’s really up to you, God has already declared his position. Your move.

Bibles Behind Bars is setting the captives free while they are still inside their cell and serving out their sentence.

What a week this has been for the NTEB Free Bible Program and Bibles Behind Bars sending out thousands of King James Bibles and hundreds of copies of books to teach the readers thereof about the doctrines of salvation, soul winning, and inspiring testimony of what God can do for an inmate behind bars. In addition to that, Chaplain Larry from the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Department in Dalton, Georgia, asks if we can supply all their inmates with their own copy of a King James Bible. Lord willing, we sure can.

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 15:58 (KJB)

Chaplain Larry writes “I would like, if possible, to get enough to give each inmate one. We have right at 423 in here now. Just whatever you can spare would be great. We will need them to be the King James Version and soft backs, (Jail Policy) We are all volunteers and retired. I will get with all the volunteers and try to send you a donation also, thank you and may God continue to bless you and your Ministry.“ What a blessing, talk about ending the week on a high note, praise the Lord! I would love to send him 500 Bibles for the work they are doing there, with your help.

DO you remember when we told you about Daniel, an inmate at the Snake River Correctional Institution, whose mom had requested a Ruckman Reference Bible be sent to him? She called us today, her voice overflowing with emotion and gratitude, to tell us that he received the Bible, that it is such a blessing to him and that he hurries back to his cell after his prison work shift is over so he can spend time in God’s preserved word. You know what that is? That’s setting the captives free while they are still inside their cell and serving out their sentence. That’s why we put so much focus on Bibles Behind Bars and the Free Bible Program, it sets people free. All of this is possible because of your prayers and financial support of this ministry.
