We responded to his request with cases of the Ruckman Refence Study Bible, as well as a case of “What Must I Do To Be Saved?” by Dr. Bill Grady.

At 11:58 AM this morning, 2 minutes before the start of our Friday Podcast, an email came in from Chaplin Dyer at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center, and he said this: “NNCC is a medium custody men’s facility with approximately 12-1300 offenders here. I get requests all the time for King James Version Bibles and they are extremely hard to get donated to where I can hand them out. The Chapel doesn’t have a budget, so I have to get everything donated. Any help you could give me in this area, would be greatly appreciated by myself and the offenders.” Why is it so hard for jails and prisons to receive copies of God preserved word? Because nearly all of the established leaders active in ministries that publish and send out Bibles to inmates don’t want to send out the King James 1611 Authorized Version Holy Bible. But we sure do, lots of them!

What Chaplain Dyer told us is nothing new, in fact, we hear it all the time. As words continues to spread that Bibles Behind Bars sends King James Bibles out, more and more facilities have been reaching out to us for help. We responded to his request with cases of the Ruckman Refence Study Bible, as well as a case of “What Must I Do To Be Saved?” by Dr. Bill Grady.
