The US Department of Health and Human Services is extending through 2029 liability protections for those producing and administering Covid-19 vaccines, in a move to guard against future potential health emergencies.

Even before the COVID vaccine was released on the general public, regular listeners to our NTEB Prophecy News Podcast were warned not to take it, under any circumstances, and that for the people who did, the after-effects for many of them would be catastrophic. Here in the closing days of 2024, that has come true in sickeningly graphic detail. I personally know many who took it, and died with cancers, blood clots, strokes and heart attacks. An NTEB’er who asked to have her father put on our prayer list tells us that before taking the COVID vaccine, he was the ‘picture of health’, and that after taking all the recommended shots and boosters, he now struggles to breathe and can barely walk. Heartbreaking yes, but we know of hundreds of such cases. Now the Biden Health and Human Services Department is making sure the COVID vaccine makers cannot be brought to trial for the crimes until 2029. This is an outrage, but will it be overturned? Nope, not by Trump, so don’t hold your breath.

Incoming president Donald Trump calls himself the ‘father of the COVID vaccine’, and takes great pride in being the one, he claims, who manifested this death shot into existence. Coming into the administration will be Elon Musk and Robert f. Kennedy Jr., and it will be interesting to see if either of these two men will call out the COVID vaccine for what it is, gene editing. For Trump to overturn Biden’s protection of vaccine makers, he would in effect be calling himself out for the work he did to release this poison. I say all this by way of telling you to tamp down your expectations for ‘radical change’ in Washington, because the roots of The Swamp are deep, and wrap around the feet of all politicians in Washington, including Trump. And whatever you do, when they create the next pandemic and release the next vaccine, don’t take it.

Biden HHS Extends Covid Vaccine Liability Shield Through 2029

FROM BLOOMBERG LAW: The HHS first declared the public health emergency in 2020 in response to the Covid-19 outbreak and continually renewed it up until May 2023. In Tuesday’s notice, however, the HHS noted there remains “a credible risk that COVID-19 may in the future constitute such an emergency.”

The announcement comes as people working in the vaccine injury space have called for Covid-19 vaccines to be covered under the HHS’ Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Known as the VICP, the program pays people injured by standard childhood vaccines and shields drugmakers from litigation.

Covid-19 vaccine injuries aren’t currently covered by the VICP. Tuesday’s notice says nothing in it “shall be construed to affect the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, including an injured party’s ability to obtain compensation under that program.” Covid vaccines are, however, covered by another program known as the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program. The CICP was established as a means to compensate people for injuries or deaths spurring from administration of measures meant to combat public health emergencies.

As of November 2024, over 13,000 claims for measures for treating Covid-19 have been filed, 10,000 of which were marked as in or awaiting review. Of those, 10,449 countermeasure claims allege injury or death from Covid-19 vaccines.

Under the new notice, liability protections are extended through Dec. 31, 2029.

“Development of and stockpiling vaccines, therapeutics, devices, and diagnostics for COVID-19 continues to be needed for U.S. preparedness against the credible threat of a public health emergency due to outbreaks of COVID-19,” the notice said. The extension “is intended to prepare for and mitigate the credible risk presented by COVID-19.”

The shield also protects health professionals prescribing, dispensing or administering vaccines, including state-licensed pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy interns. Also covered are diagnostics or other devices used to treat Covid-19. READ MORE

Jesus was born in Bethlehem Ephratah at the tower of the flock where the baby lambs were raised and inspected for sacrifice in the Temple, Migdal Eder

One of my favorite topics in Bible study is that of Migdal Eder, the tower of the flock where the actual birth of Jesus takes place. Yes, Jesus was born in Bethlehem, but in a specific area where the sheep tower was, in Ephratah. This is the place where Benjamin, a type of Christ, was born, and it’s also the place where King David, another type of Christ, was born. Migdal means ‘tower’ and eder means ‘flock’, put it all together and Migdal Eder is the precise and exact location where Mary gives birth to Jesus.

“And thou, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem.” Micah 4:8 (KJB)
