EDITOR’S NOTE: Never in the history of the United States has any president been so unrelenting attacked by the media, investigative witch hunts, and turncoat double agents than President Trump has. I have never seen an enemies list this complex, this aggressive and so fully loaded. Yet, Trump’s approval rating is at a firm 50% and he remains with a firm grasp on power. How is this possible? It is possible because the God of Abraham that allowed him to come this far is going to keep His Hand of protection on President Trump, so that all the things America needs to do related to Israel and their 70th anniversary will come to pass in exactly the timing that the LORD wishes it to happen.
The thousand undifferentiated scoops in the phantasmal Mueller investigation, the vicissitudes of his hundred shifting positions on DACA and the fabled border wall, Stormy Daniels, a reversal of course in Syria and Afghanistan, moronic schemes from the White House to turn food stamps into some kind of vast network of state-run bread and milk distribution centers, endless championing of the Wall Street gazillionaires against whom he had supposedly been running in 2016, relentless staff turnaround, a so-far-illusory trade war conducted from the internet with minimal strategy or cohesion, even “covfefe“: Not one of these things matters to the not-quite-majority of Americans who voted for Trump. They still like him.
Why shouldn’t they? The reasons for opposing Trump were clear from the beginning. He was a crude, mean-spirited man whose most noteworthy accomplishments were kicking old people out of their homes to make room for casino parking lots, speculating publicly about whether the duly elected president of the United States was a jihadist plant, and pretending to fire Gary Busey in the fake board-room of a made-up company on NBC. It was only the staggering irrelevance of what all 15 other Republican candidates were saying — it is almost sad now to think of the millions of words of Heritage Foundation PowerPoints still gathering virtual dust on Jeb Bush’s website — that made his candidacy possible.
Years later the GOP is still talking nonsense about freedom and entrepreneurship, the Democrats are still obsessed with where people go to the bathroom, and Trump is still being rude on television. Nothing has changed. If anything, there is good reason to believe that in the weeks and months to come polls without the historic Republican bias of Rassmussen will approach the 50 percent mark.
It’s not surprising that after little more than a year in office many people who voted for a president still support him.
But it’s also surprising that a president who has been the object of more negative reporting than any in our history still enjoys something like the same middling base of support he had before taking office. Unless it’s the negative reporting that is the problem, which I suspect is very largely the case. You can only ask adults to participate in the fiction that a retweet of a wrestling GIF is a credible threat of violence against some nerd reporters at a cable station or delight in what you hope will be the failure of American trade policy before they decide to tune you out. Very largely this had already happened by Inauguration Day, but now the work of MSNBC and The New York Times and PolitiFact is complete. Millions of Americans do not know the difference between what is true and what is false and have decided that they do not much care either.

There was, I like fondly to imagine, a different course that might have been taken here. It is just possible, I suppose, that members of my profession could have exercised their reasoning faculties to decide what in the administration was good, what was bad, what was unremarkable or indistinguishable from what any modern president would do, what was painfully idiotic, what was, perhaps, evil. We chose not to exercise this responsibility. Instead we decided to indulge in our live-action roleplaying fantasies about being brave selfless journos taking on a mean demagogue because we love the Constitution so much.
There is, however, a faint glimmer of hope for Trump’s enemies in the media. Making it work would require the coordinated efforts of a vast number of persons — conspiracy is the word for it, or maybe even “collusion” — but that shouldn’t be difficult in the era of modern internet-based communication. If we want to convince people who voted for him that the president no longer deserves their support, we need to stop talking about him. Or to be more precise, we need to stop making Trump the universal metric according to which all of human conduct is weighed and considered.
If Trump argues against free trade, consider the issue on its merits.
The idea that liberalizing the production and distribution of goods and services across national borders will automatically enrich everyone — instead of just the already wealthy in rich and poor countries alike — has had its critics on the left and the right for centuries; even President Obama was skeptical of NAFTA during his first Senate campaign and as late as the 2008 election he was telling audiences that it should be renegotiated. When Trump criticizes Amazon for its monopolistic practices, don’t turn it into a tedious finger-wagging exercise in fact-checking (and if you work for a newspaper owned by its founder and CEO, maybe avoid saying anything if you don’t have to); subject the company to the same scrutinty you would reserve for any other giant corporation that treats America’s cities as its fiefdoms and her people as its grateful serfs.
Pretending that anything the president says or does is bad because he is the one saying or doing isn’t just bad journalism. You might as well be wearing a MAGA hat and whooping about the Wall. source

Walmart Becomes Latest Major Corporation To Rollback DEI Policies As Trump Landslide Win Already Reversing The Tide Of Obama-Era Wokeness
Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, is rolling back its diversity, equity and inclusion policies, joining a growing list of major corporations that have done the same after Donald Trump win. Woke is dead, and that’s good.
This Thanksgiving, one of the things you can be thankful for is that it looks like many of the woke policies put in place by Barack and Michelle Obama, and kept in place by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, just might finally be coming to an end. Policies like DEI hiring that mandates that a person get a job based, not on merit and qualifications, but on skin color and gender identity. Walmart is just one of many major corporations to begin rolling back the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies they were forced to enact. This is happening because Donald Trump just won in a landslide. Winning is good.

America is a diverse nation, and to a large degree, that diversity is our strength. But that only applies when talking about organic diversity as it is naturally found amongst our people. The artificial diversity created by the DEI and pronouns crowd is demonic in nature, and gives power to the most base elements of our society. Biological men do not belong in the ladies room, transgenders do not belong on the battlefield, and who wants their pilot or surgeon to hold those positions by virtue of their gender identity? So kudos to Walmart, as well as Toyota, Ford, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, John Deere and other corporations who are voting for a return of sanity. The incoming Trump era is already bearing fruit, and that’s a lot to be thankful for. Now go out and tell lost people about salvation in Jesus Christ.

Walmart the latest big corporation to scale back DEI policies after pressure from conservative activists
FROM CBS NEWS: The changes, confirmed by Walmart on Monday, are sweeping and include everything from not renewing a five-year commitment for an equity racial center set up in 2020 after the police killing of George Floyd to pulling out of a prominent gay rights index. And when it comes to race or gender, Walmart won’t be giving priority treatment to suppliers.
Walmart’s moves underscore the increasing pressure faced by corporate America as it continues to navigate the fallout from the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in June 2023 ending affirmative action in college admissions. Emboldened by that decision, conservative groups have filed lawsuits making similar arguments about corporations, targeting workplace initiatives such as diversity programs and hiring practices that prioritize historically marginalized groups.

Separately, conservative political commentator and activist Robby Starbuck has been going after corporate DEI policies, calling out individual companies on the social media platform X. Several of those companies have subsequently announced that they are pulling back their initiatives, including Ford, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply and Harley-Davidson.
But Walmart, which employs 1.6 million workers in the U.S., is the largest one to do so.
“This is the biggest win yet for our movement to end wokeness in corporate America,” Starbuck wrote on X, adding that he’d been in conversation with Walmart.
Walmart confirmed to The Associated Press that it will better monitor its third-party marketplace items to make sure they don’t feature sexual and transgender products aimed at minors. That would include chest binders intended for youths who are going through a gender change, the company said. The Bentonville, Arkansas-based retailer will also be reviewing grants to Pride events to make sure it isn’t financially supporting sexualized content that may be unsuitable for kids. For example, the company wants to makes sure a family pavilion isn’t next to a drag show at a Pride event, the company said.
Additionally, Walmart will no longer consider race and gender as a litmus test to improve diversity when it offers supplier contracts. The company said it didn’t have quotas and won’t do so going forward. It won’t be gathering demographic data when determining financing eligibility for those grants.
The changes come soon after an election win by former President Donald Trump, who’s criticized DEI initiatives and surrounded himself with conservatives who hold similar views, including his former adviser Stephen Miller, who leads a group called America First Legal that has challenged corporate DEI policies. The American People Voted To Repeal Wokeism, Abortion, Transgender Tyranny, DEI, Inflation, Open Borders And The Entire Main Stream Media
America voted for America last Tuesday night, and rejected the radical woke agenda offered by Kamala Harris and the Democrat machine, but what comes now?
Last Tuesday night, the American people voted across the board to rid our nation of about a half-dozen things that no one wanted. Voters said with their ballots that they were tired of a bad economy with high inflation, tired of open borders and the endless procession of illegals flooding our states, and tired of the Obama Transgender Manifesto that sought to elevate the perceived needs of a resounding minority above and beyond the needs of the majority. The best part? Donald Trump was handed his landslide mandate by a wonderful coalition of blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians, and yes, even LGBT voters. In short, America voted for America, and America won, but how long can we hang on to it?

So the question is, having received the a generational drubbing at the polls, has the Democratic Left actually learned anything at all about what the people want? It would appear they have not. America is now, and has always been, a very diverse nation, but people inherently understand that going to far to either extreme invites disaster. Much of how the Left is reacting right now is more in line with mental illness than it is with good old voter dissatisfaction. Reactions like women shaving their heads on social media, endless videos of Democrats dissolving into hysterical weeping and cries of ‘racism and misogyny’ because Hispanics and blacks ‘didn’t want a mixed race woman’.

What they didn’t want, and what a majority of America didn’t want, was a puffed-up media creation candidate who ran on promising to fix all the things she helped break for the past 4 years. On top of that, the Democrats ran a vice presidential candidate who literally skipped and pranced while blowing kisses around the podium at rallies like Richard Simmons. It was truly a clown show, and America was not buying.
America said no to the radical woke agenda offered by the Democrats, and signaled a desire to return to a time when people had more common sense, protected children instead of indoctrinating them, and rewarded workers based not on their color of their skin, or gender, but on their own merits, efforts and hard work. But make no mistake about it, we are still living in the last days, and we are still a nation that rejects God if you use any sort of a biblical standard. Perilous times lay ahead, and Trump’s mandate will be thwarted by the Democrats every chance they get. Things are exactly as you would expect them to be here on Day 1,702 of 15 Days To Flatten The Curve, and there remains much work to be done for the LORD. After An Overwhelming And Decisive Election Day Win, George Soros Funded Pro-Palestinian Anti-Trump Protests Erupt Across Several Democrat Cities
In Chicago, a day after America decided, the United States Palestinian Community Network protested Donald Trump’s victory at Federal Plaza.
When Americans went to the polls on Tuesday, they voted across the board in favor of the platform that Donald Trump campaigned for president on, decisively and overwhelmingly. Trump won the Electoral College vote, the Popular vote, he won in the House, in the Senate and in the governors races. The American people not only voted him in in a landslide, they gave him a clear mandate to enact key Trump agenda items like immigration control and reform. Thousands of George Soros funded Pro-Palestinian agitators don’t see it that way, and last night in Chicago and Philadelphia, they took to the streets calling for an end of the nascent Trump presidency that won’t even begin until January 21st, 2025.

America is a nation of immigrants, and that is part of our strength. Legal immigration is good and necessary in order to maintain our super-sized nation with the workforce needed to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. George Soros, and now his son Alex Soros, spend tens of millions of dollars per year to flood our streets with political agitators like the ones in our story today. Soros and the Democrats are the ones keeping racism alive, fomenting hatred and causing division. Donald Trump stands for American sovereignty over our borders, and they hate him for that. Donald Trump supports the Jewish state of Israel, and they hate him for that, too.
Palestinian advocates protest in Chicago after Trump win, immigration rights advocates also worry
FROM CBS NEWS: President-elect Donald Trump won more votes in Illinois this general election than he did in either of the two previous elections in which he ran. Immigration and the economy are two key issues that got people to the polls this election—and ultimately led to a victory for Trump nationwide.
In Chicago, a day after America decided, the United States Palestinian Community Network protested Trump’s victory at Federal Plaza.
“Our issues are with both parties,” said Hatem Abudayyeh of the U.S. Palestinian Community Network. “Both parties support Israel unequivocally.”
Vice President Kamala Harris underperformed with key parts of the Democratic coalition, while Trump made some inroads. Organizers of the protest said the current administration was warned of this outcome if the War in Gaza persisted and U.S. funding to Israel continued.
“They are not going to be able to take for granted the people that are represented here, the movements that are represented here,” said Abudayyeh.
Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu congratulated President-elect Trump, calling his victory history’s greatest comeback. And despite campaign threats of mass deportations, Trump won 45% of the Latino vote—a double-digit increase from 2020.
“The fear factor and the rhetoric, you know, is real,” said Lawrence Benito of the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. Benito said his organization is ready to respond. “Obviously, we reject mass deportation agenda, and we’re going to continue to fight back,” said Benito. READ MORE
