With each passing day, the stink of this pathetic and easily disproved impeachment attack on President Trump rises higher and higher. Now we find out that mere days before the Ukraine whistleblower complaint was declassified, the rules for whistleblowing were changed from the complainant having to have witnessed it first hand, to now only having had to have ‘heard it’ from a second or third hand party source. The newly-revised ‘Disclosure of Urgent Concern‘ form was uploaded on September 24, 2019 at 4:25 PM, and with the revisions, the Ukraine whistleblower could now file a complaint based on having zero first hand evidence of any kind. If you grew up watching Martin Scorsese movies about the Mafia, then you know what happened here. It’s called a setup, just like what King David did to Uriah to cover his tracks with Bathsheba.

Intel Community Secretly Gutted Requirement Of First-Hand Whistleblower Knowledge

FROM THE FEDERALIST: Between May 2018 and August 2019, the intelligence community secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings. This raises questions about the intelligence community’s behavior regarding the August submission of a whistleblower complaint against President Donald Trump. The new complaint document no longer requires potential whistleblowers who wish to have their concerns expedited to Congress to have direct, first-hand knowledge of the alleged wrongdoing that they are reporting.

The brand new version of the whistleblower complaint form, which was not made public until after the transcript of Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky and the complaint addressed to Congress were made public, eliminates the first-hand knowledge requirement and allows employees to file whistleblower complaints even if they have zero direct knowledge of underlying evidence and only “heard about [wrongdoing] from others.”

The internal properties of the newly revised “Disclosure of Urgent Concern” form, which the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG) requires to be submitted under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA), show that the document was uploaded on September 24, 2019, at 4:25 p.m., just days before the anti-Trump complaint was declassified and released to the public. The markings on the document state that it was revised in August 2019, but no specific date of revision is disclosed.

The complaint alleges that President Donald Trump broke the law during a phone call with the Ukrainian president. In his complaint, which was dated August 12, 2019, the complainant acknowledged he was “not a direct witness” to the wrongdoing he claims Trump committed.

A previous version of the whistleblower complaint document, which the ICIG and DNI until recently provided to potential whistleblowers, declared that any complaint must contain only first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoing and that complaints that provide only hearsay, rumor, or gossip would be rejected.

“The Intelligence Community Inspector General cannot transmit information via the ICPWA based on an employee’s second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing,” the previous form stated under the bolded heading “FIRST-HAND INFORMATION REQUIRED.” “This includes information received from another person, such as when an employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing.”

If you think that wrongdoing took place, but can provide nothing more than second-hand or unsubstantiated assertions, the Intelligence Community Inspector General will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA,” the form concluded.

The Ukraine call complaint against Trump is riddled not with evidence directly witnessed by the complainant, but with repeated references to what anonymous officials allegedly told the complainant: “I have received information from multiple U.S. Government officials,” “officials have informed me,” “officials with direct knowledge of the call informed me,” “the White House officials who told me this information,” “I was told by White House officials,” “the officials I spoke with,” “I was told that a State Department official,” “I learned from multiple U.S. officials,” “One White House official described this act,” “Based on multiple readouts of these meetings recounted to me,” “I also learned from multiple U.S. officials,” “The U.S. officials characterized this meeting,” “multiple U.S. officials told me,” “I learned from U.S. officials,” “I also learned from a U.S. official,” “several U.S. officials told me,” “I heard from multiple U.S. officials,” and “multiple U.S. officials told me.”

The repeated references to information the so-called whistleblower never witnessed clearly run afoul of the original ICIG requirements for “urgent concern” submissions. The change to the “urgent concern” submission form was first highlighted on Twitter by researcher Stephen McIntyre.

The complainant also cites publicly available news articles as proof of many of the allegations.

“I was not a direct witness to most of the events” characterized in the document, the complainant confessed on the first page of his August 12 letter, which was addressed to Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), the respective chairmen of the House and Senate intelligence committees. Hearsay is generally inadmissible as evidence in U.S. federal and state courts since it violates the constitutional requirement that the accused be given the opportunity to question his accusers.

The anti-Trump complaint also made several false claims that have been directly refuted and debunked. While the complaint alleged that Trump demanded that Ukraine physically return multiple servers potentially related to ongoing investigations of foreign interference in the 2016 elections, the transcript of the call between Trump and Zelensky shows that such a request was never made.

The complainant also falsely alleged that Trump told Zelensky that he should keep the current prosecutor general at the time, Yuriy Lutsenko, in his current position in the country. The transcript showed that exchange also did not happen. READ MORE

US forces seize sanctioned, Russia-flagged oil tanker Marinara that eluded Venezuela blockade

FROM THE NY POST: US forces boarded and seized sanctioned oil tanker Marinera Wednesday morning, more than two weeks after it eluded a blockade around Venezuela and was reflagged as a Russian vessel in a failed bid to evade capture.

Military and Coast Guard personnel boarded the ship, formerly known as the Bella 1 and now called the Marinera, in the North Atlantic between Iceland and the British Isles, US European Command confirmed.

“The vessel was seized in the North Atlantic pursuant to a warrant issued by a U.S. federal court after being tracked by USCGC Munro,” the Stuttgart, Germany-based command said in a statement. “This seizure supports the president’s Proclamation targeting sanctioned vessels that threaten the security and stability of the Western Hemisphere.”

The ship dodged a sweeping US quarantine of vessels transporting oil to and from Venezuela — a blockade that President Trump imposed late last year ahead of Saturday’s arrest of the South American country’s president, Nicolas Maduro.

US president Donald Trump is working furiously to create Region 1 from the Club of Rome 10 Kingdoms map, will he be able to do it before the end times clock runs out?

In 1974, the Club of Rome, an influential think tank composed of scientists, economists, and global leaders, proposed a controversial geopolitical framework that divided the world into ten regional blocs, often referred to as the “10 Kingdoms.” This division was presented as part of a broader effort to address mounting global challenges such as overpopulation, resource depletion, economic instability, and environmental degradation. Today that work is seen as a blueprint for a looming New World Order, a centralized authoritarian global government foretold in Bible prophecy. What does all this have to do with UN Agenda 2030 and Trump’s land grabs? Plenty, as you’ll soon see.

The Club Of Rome. After WWII, you had a number a groups coming into existence that today we know were all connected to the coming New World Order. You had the United Nations General Assembly in 1945, you had the Bilderberg Group in 1954, and in 1974 you had the Club of Rome. Their main agenda, no surprise, was mostly one of planetary sustainability, much like the current UN Agenda 2030 and the “you will own nothing and like it” campaigns. If the Bilderberg Group was all about world domination, and it is, then the Club of Rome was all about the mechanics you’d need to have in place to bring that about. When we watched Pope Francis starting back in 2015 going on a crazy climate crisis speaking tour, he was advancing the already-in-place mandates of the Club of Rome. Not surprisingly, Revelation tells us all about a Revived Roman Empire that divides the world into a 10 Nation Confederacy. So what does this have to do with Trump in 2026? Let’s see.

Donald Trump right now, as we showed on Monday’s Podcast, is using the Monroe Doctrine to put a fence around the Western hemisphere, repeatedly saying that America needs to make states out of Canada and Greenland. Crazy, right? No, that’s the plan. If Trump gets his way, then Region 1 from the Club of Rome map will be in place. The fact that a sitting US president is actively trying to do that is mind-blowing when you consider in ramifications of it. Then there’s Putin. The military clashes between Russia and Ukraine have been going on since February of 2014, with officially declared war that began in February of 2022. What does Putin want? He wants to recreate the old Soviet Union, Region 5 on the map at the top of this article. Then there’s China.

Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller Says President Trump will make Greenland part of the United States to further its security interests

We warned you for the past two months that Donald Trump, on the pretext of fighting drugs, was going to take control of Venezuela to seize their oil reserves, that happened this past Saturday. Today we learned that Trump is going to make the American taxpayer foot the bill when he turns the whole thing over to Big Oil. But it gets worse. Breaking news tonight shows us Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller telling Jake Tapper on CNN that yes, Donald Trump is going to take Greenland.

Why does Trump want Greenland so badly? First, for its strategic importance given is close proximity to Russia. Second, Greenland and its territorial waters are believed to hold the equivalent of over 31 billion barrels of oil, more than the proven reserves of Qatar, Brazil and other major oil and gas powers. Trump has courted the oil industry with promises to “drill, baby, drill” — something that’s now effectively banned in Greenland, an autonomous region within the kingdom of Denmark that prizes its largely untouched environment. Third, Greenland is a storehouse of rare earth minerals, graphite, copper, nickel, gold, tungsten, uranium, Titanium-vanadium and others needed to satisfy the demand to fuel his 6G Memorandum and Stargate AI mandates. Greenland has these things, and Trump is going to take them and with military force if Greenland resists.

Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen is not treating it like a joke. She said Trump should be taken seriously, adding that if the U.S. attacks a NATO country, “everything stops.” Frederiksen warning that a U.S. takeover would mean the end of NATO as we’ve known it. “If the United States decides to militarily attack another NATO country, then everything would stop — that includes NATO and therefore post-World War II security,” Mette Frederiksen told Danish television network TV2.

Miller said that it is the, and I quote, “the official policy of the Trump administration to take Greenland and make it a part of the United States”. Donald Trump is not only doing regime change and nation building, but he is combining Manifest Destiny and the Monroe Doctrine to begin the conquest of other nations.
