A jaw-dropping new photo shows the US Navy firing off a drone-destroying directed energy laser light weapon — dubbed Helios — from the warship USS Preble

This story today on the stunning progress being made by the Pentagon with directed energy laser weapons, or DEW, is interesting to me for a couple a reasons. First and foremost, Dr. Judy Wood has famously asserted that it was a directed energy weapon that brought down the World Trade Center on 9/11, and that is the one explanation for the events of that day that makes the most sense to me. The second reason why ‘Helios’ is fascinating is it’s a light weapon they call ‘HEL’ for short. Oh yeah, man, that’s it, now we’re getting somewhere.

One more thing, Helios was the Greek god of the sun, often depicted wearing a radiant crown, who every morning drove his chariot across the sky causing daytime. Who is Helios? Why, he’s a counterfeit of the Sun of Righteousness Jesus Christ we see in Malachi 4:2 in your King James Bible.

US Navy fires its high-powered laser light weapon Helios that could obliterate warships and drones, incredible photo shows

FROM THE NY POST: The undated image, which was published in the US Center for Countermeasures’ annual report this month, captured the warfighting laser technology being fired from the USS Preble destroyer in the middle of the ocean.

The demo was “to verify and validate the functionality, performance, and capability of the HEL with Integrated Optical Dazzler and Surveillance system against an unmanned aerial vehicle target,” the report stated. The report stopped short of providing specific details about the test — including where, or when, the laser weapon was fired.

The Helios weapon, which uses a 60 kW high-energy laser that can engage targets at the speed of light, is an advanced directed energy system developed for the US by Lockheed Martin.

It obliterates targets — including drones, fast-attack craft and missiles — by melting or overheating them. In addition to being used as a destructive laser, the weapon can act as an optical dazzler in a bid to disrupt intelligence and reconnaissance sensors.

The United Kingdom successfully tested its own high-powered laser weapon — dubbed DragonFire — against aerial targets last year. Incredible images from that test, too, showed the laser shooting down a target in a fiery ball. READ MORE

Nearly 8,000 National Guard troops have been requested by the U.S. Secret Service to provide support for the presidential inauguration Jan. 20, the Pentagon said.

We are officially 6 days away from Donald Trump being sworn in as the 47th president of the United States, 5 days away from his (in my opinion) premature victory party on the 19th, and doesn’t it feel like the ‘other shoe’ is getting ready to drop? What do they have planned, I wonder? Seeing how explosive the start of 2025 has been already, it’s good to be something pretty wild.

Nearly 8,000 National Guard troops requested to support presidential inauguration

FROM STARS AND STRIPES: The request for 7,800 troops, said Sabrina Singh, deputy spokeswoman for the Defense Department, is expected to be approved by the Pentagon in the coming days. The Secret Service is the lead agency for the inauguration. Once approved, the troops will join 500 National Guards troops already approved to support security operations during the counting and certification of electoral votes on Monday.

When an event is designated as a special security event, the federal government, as well as state and local partners, can funnel significant resources to ensure a robust security plan is in place, said Nate Herring, a spokesperson for the Secret Service. He declined to provide specifics, citing operational security reasons.

In an opinion piece published Sunday in The Washington Post, President Joe Biden decried the 2021 attempt to overrun the Capitol to block certification of the 2020 election — seeking to contrast that day’s chaos with what Biden promises will be an orderly transition returning Trump to power for a second term.

President of South Korea Yoon Suk-Yeol stunned the world on Tuesday morning by declaring a state of ’emergency martial law’ because “subversive, anti-state elements” among the opposition are blocking his agenda.

Martial law commander Park An-su issued a statement on Tuesday declaring that “all political activities, including those of the National Assembly, local councils, political parties, and political associations, as well as assemblies and demonstrations, are strictly prohibited. All media and publications shall be subject to the control of the Martial Law Command.” The Rapture Ready Index says things are in ‘get ready to fly’ mode, and we whole-heartedly agree.

South Korea Declares Martial Law to Foil ‘Subversive Anti-State Elements’

FROM BREITBART NEWS: Martial law has not been declared in South Korea since it emerged from military dictatorship in the 1980s. The South Korean Defense Ministry announced that key commanders from all of South Korea’s armed forces met to “strengthen emergency preparedness” and discuss implementation of Yoon’s order.

“I declare martial law to protect the Republic of Korea from the threats of North Korean communist forces, to immediately eradicate the unscrupulous pro-Pyongyang anti-state forces that pillage the freedom and happiness of our people and to protect free constitutional order,” Yoon said in an emergency press conference from his office in Seoul.

Yoon accused the opposition of “paralyzing the courts in the country by threatening the judges and impeaching prosecutors, and by attempting to remove the Interior Minister, top broadcasting regulator, chief of the Board of Audit and Inspection, and the Defense Minister.” Yoon also said the opposition’s move to cut $2.8 billion from the $483 billion 2025 national budget was a scheme to paralyze his government. The opposition wants to deny extra spending for the presidential office, prosecutors, and police requested in Yoon’s budget.

The president’s supporters say one reason for these cuts is to undermine court cases against opposition leader Lee Jae-myung, who was convicted of election law violations last month. Yoon referred to the National Assembly, where Lee’s Democratic Party holds 170 out of 300 seats, as a “hotbed of criminals” in his declaration of martial law.

On Monday, the speaker of parliament froze voting on the budget until December 10. Yoon said on Tuesday that martial law would remain in effect until he could “eradicate such anti-state forces and the culprits of the country’s ruin who have committed evil acts up until now.”

“The declaration of martial law will cause some inconveniences for good citizens who believed in and followed the constitutional values of free people, but we will focus on minimizing such inconveniences,” he said.

Yoon said these inconveniences were necessary to “guarantee the people’s freedom, safety and national sustainability against the actions of anti-state forces seeking to overthrow the system.”

“I will wipe out anti-state forces as soon as possible and normalize the country’s operation,” he promised. “Please trust me.” READ MORE
