France issuing its citizens an invasion guide – including how to survive a nuclear attack – after Emmanuel Macron warned Europe must begin preparing for war

France is called the City of Lights for its romantic beauty, we all have seen the pictures of beautiful sidewalk cafes in Paris where croissant and espresso are elegantly consumed in leisurely fashion. But we have all also seen the haunting, gut-wrenching images of the Nazi tanks rolling down the Champs Elysée, the French forces and people cowering in utter terror. Perhaps this is what went through the mind of Emmanuel Macron as France released its 20-page ‘Invasion Guide’ to World War 3.

Macron’s ‘Invasion Guide’ is broken up into three different parts:

• ‘Protecting yourself’ – a section intended to raise solidarity when it comes to protecting oneself and neighbours. This first part also lists the survival kit to have at home in the event of a serious crisis. The kit includes at least six litres of bottled water, ten canned goods, batteries and a flashlight in case of a power cut.
• ‘What to do in the event of an alert’ – a part detailing the actions one must take in the event of an imminent threat. This chapter lists emergency numbers, radio frequencies, as well as tips like closing all doors in the event of a nuclear accident.
• ‘Get involved’ – this final section explains how to sign up to a reserve force, whether military or communal. source

France issues ‘Invasion Guide’ as Macron says prepare for war

FROM THE DAILY MAIL UK: France is set to issue a survival manual to households across the country, warning citizens how to respond to an invasion or any other ‘imminent threat’. The dramatic move comes as tensions rise in Europe and fears grow over Russia’s aggressive tactics.

The new 20-page booklet, reportedly packed with 63 measures, will advise the French on how to protect themselves and their families in the event of armed conflict, natural disasters, industrial accidents or even a nuclear leak. It will include tips on how to create a ‘survival kit’ with essentials including six litres of water, canned food, batteries, a torch and basic medical supplies such as paracetamol and bandages.

Crucially, it will offer advice on what to do if an attack is imminent, including how to join local defence efforts, such as signing up for reserve units or firefighting groups. Citizens will also be told to ‘lock their doors’ in the event of a nuclear incident  –  advice that has already drawn ridicule from commentators. Despite the alarming content, the French government insists the booklet is not a direct response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

President Emmanuel Macron has previously warned that Europe must be prepared to confront the ‘Russian threat’ and adapt to the possibility that America could scale back its military support.

Earlier this week, Macron revealed that French fighter jets equipped with new generation hypersonic nuclear missiles will be sent to the German border as part of his bid to renew France’s airborne nuclear deterrent.

Officials from the General Secretariat for Defence and National Security (SGDSN), which oversaw the booklet’s creation, claim the aim of the survival guide is simply to bolster France’s resilience in the face of ‘all types of crises’.

The decision to draft the booklet reportedly dates back to 2022, in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, as part of a national strategy to improve public preparedness. But the timing of its release – expected before summer if approved by Prime Minister François Bayrou – has raised eyebrows. French newspaper Le Figaro noted that the kit’s rollout ‘could easily suggest that the state is reacting to the unstable international situation’. Macron has recently called for Europe to rearm in the face of Russia’s aggression in Ukraine and America’s wavering commitment to upholding European security under Donald Trump. READ MORE

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen just launched ‘ReArm Europe’, the largest military investment program in European Union history

We have been telling you for quite some time now that World War Three is coming before the Pretribulation Rapture of the Church, and like the two previous wars, it will be centered in Europe. Yesterday, EU Commission president Ursula Von Der Leyen announced ‘ReArm Europe’, the largest military ramp-up in EU history since the group was formed back in 1993. This is the goal of Russian president Vladimir Putin, and why he keeps the war with Ukraine on a permanent simmer. It is the bait to draw in the rest of the world to complete the trilogy.

I am no fan of Putin, but give the Devil his due, he is playing the world like a fiddle, and that includes President Trump and his administration here in America. That big blowup last week in the White House where Trump and Vance ganged up on little Zelensky was right out of Putin’s playbook, and it moved the needle toward WWIII another giant step closer. ReArm Europe: EU Commission Chief Proposes €800 Billion Defense Scheme

FROM THE EUROPEAN CONSERVATIVE: Following the Tuesday, March 4th presentation, her five-point plan, dubbed “ReArm Europe,” is meant to allow EU member states to “massively” boost their defense spending both in the immediate future and over the next decade. In total, von der Leyen is hoping to mobilize “close to €800 billion” for defense investment through ReArm Europe from multiple sources: joint loans, national budget increases, and private capital investment. However, every proposal comes down to one thing: debt, both at the EU and national level. The Commission chief has stated this is necessary in the current “era of rearmament.”

“I do not need to describe the grave nature of the threats we face or the devastating consequences that we will have to endure if those threats will come to pass. We are in an era of rearmament”

Von der Leyen added that the question is no longer whether Europe needs to shoulder more responsibility for its own defense, but whether it is prepared to “act as decisively as the situation dictates.”

The Commission’s five-point ‘ReArm Europe’ strategy was sent to all member states ahead of Thursday’s emergency European Council summit, where leaders are expected to adopt a joint position agreeing to at least the broad outlines of the plan.

The five points include:

• Activating the ‘national escape clause’ to allow member states to run 1.5% higher budget deficits than what’s permitted by EU rules to drastically boost their defense spending.
• A €150 billion worth of joint loan for “pan-European” military procurement, under which member states can pool demand and buy weapons together cheaper. This includes air and missile defense systems; artillery, missiles, and ammunition; drones and counter-drone systems; as well as cyber- and mobility equipment such as armored vehicles. This could also be used by member states to buy military equipment for Ukraine (there might even be an additional clause that 20% of every procurement should be invested in Ukraine).
• Allowing for more “flexible” use of existing EU funding for defense purposes, including diverting a portion of cohesion funds and remaining pandemic relief funds.
• Accelerating the implementation of the Savings and Investment Union (SIU) to attract private capital investment by increasing returns on savings from Europeans’ household wealth.
• Securing more private capital through the European Investment Bank (EIB).

According to the European Council President António Costa, there is a “broad agreement” among all member states that a massive boost to the EU’s defense spending is the way to go forward, and the only thing that needs to be discussed on Thursday are the details of the Commission’s plan.

The idea of joint debt has always been a very contentious issue among member states, and particularly opposed by north-western countries, such as Germany, the Netherlands, and the Scandinavians, who don’t like the idea of subsidizing others with more ‘reckless’ fiscal policies. These countries agreed to the pandemic relief funds being raised through a joint loan in late 2020 after being reassured that it was a “one-time thing” only, a point they referred to frequently over the past two years when the EU began floating a €100 billion loan idea for defense.

Yet, now it seems that even the most frugal countries are on board with taking out a much bigger joint loan for defense. Nothing illustrates the change of heart better than the fact that Germany—the country historically most opposed to becoming a ‘debt union’ while insisting on its rigid national rules—is now moving to circumvent its ‘debt brake’ to raise a proposed €900 billion defense cash pot alone under incoming Chancellor Friedrich Merz.

The initial draft resolution for Thursday’s emergency summit also included an immediate €20 billion military aid package to Ukraine from the EU budget, but this instrument was reportedly put on hold and scrapped from a newer version due to fears of Hungarian and Slovak vetoes. READ MORE

The name alone carries a sinister weight – Eurussian Empire – an alliance of two once historically opposing forces, Europe and Russia.

The war between Russia and Ukraine has gone on for over 3 years now, and one thing’s for sure. Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is not trying to win the war, he is merely keeping it percolating on autopilot as events grind on around him. So, if the goal of the war Putin started is not simply to take control of Ukraine, what’s the end game? As a student of history, I would have to say that Putin’s end game is the restoration of the Soviet Union, of which Ukraine plays a small but meaningful part.

Rise of Putin’s ‘Eurussian Empire’ over next five years mapped out step by step

FROM THE METRO UK: This new world order sounds like inconceivable fiction, but it is predicted to materialize on the continent by 2030. Possible History, a new project by United24, a Ukrainian initiative launched by Volodymyr Zelensky, is offering a glimpse into a future where Vladimir Putin gets what he wants.

Released as a warning on the third anniversary of his full-scale invasion, it reflects Donald Trump’s bromance with the authoritarian leader and the US rehabilitation of Russia. It also comes on the exact date as the US sided with Russia, North Korea and Belarus to vote against a UN resolution to condemn the war. What has already started as whispered negotiations between Russia and the US for a ceasefire ends in Ukraine being forced into making territorial concessions, without future security guarantees or NATO membership.

This is all expected to happen in the next three months, United24 projects, setting off a chain of irreparable reactions.

May 2025: sanctions on Russia’s RT dropped

By May, sanctions on Russian media channel RT would be lifted, allowing the Kremlin’s propaganda to flow into Europe unchecked. During the Biden presidency, the US accused RT of ‘covert’ intelligence activities and introduced a plethora of sanctions against Russian media.

‘Three things are certain in life: death, taxes and RT’s interference in the US elections,’ the then US secretary of state Antony Blinken said in September.

July 2025: Russian war drills near NATO borders

In July, Russia is set to hold military drills on the territory of its biggest ally, Belarus, on the border with NATO members Poland and Lithuania. A joint exercise between the two nations was announced last week, set to begin in September. It is part of efforts by the two neighbours to expand their military ties amid the fighting in Ukraine.

October 2026: Russian invasion of Moldova

Jumping forward to October 2026, Russia is projected to invade Moldova – through the puppet government of Transnistria – deploying North Korean soldiers. Fears have long been stoked that Putin was preparing for another landgrab in Europe, turning his eyes on the sliver of breakaway land in the south of Moldova.

Since the invasion of Ukraine, Russian elites have repeatedly called on Moldova to avoid Western influence, referring to the autonomous region as ‘the next Ukraine.’ Almost a year after the capture of Moldova, in July 2027, Europe is set to go dark without Internet connection after vital undersea cables are cut.Similar ruptures have been rattling European security officials in recent months, but investigations are yet to determine if they were due to Russian sabotage or were maritime accidents.

May 2029: Putin opens military bases in NATO

By May 2029, the pro-Russian governments of Slovakia and Hungary are projected to sign agreements to host multiple Russian military bases on their territory as part of secret security deals. Hungary’s gradual turn to Russia can be traced back to November 2010, when the newly elected prime minister Viktor Orbán made his first visit to Moscow. Since then, it has gone from strength to strength, with Hungary refusing to join the EU sanctions against Russia, making Europeans more and more fearful of the Kremlin’s sprawling influence.

December 2029: Conscription reinstated

That same year, in December, both governments of the Netherlands and Germany are expected to abolish voluntary army recruitment and reinstate conscription. Military service – with varying aspects – is already in force in nine countries: Cyprus, Greece, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. But Russia’s imperialistic thirst has forced most European nations – Britain included – to rethink its stance.

May 2030: Defense spend exceeds healthcare

This will also result in defence spending exceeding healthcare costs in the EU, United24 projects. By May 2030, at least 76% of EU social benefits are set to be cut in favour of financing the defence sector. While Europe is far away from such measures, Sir Keir Starmer has already promised to boost defence amid the threat from Russia.

September 2030: Invasion of Finland and Poland

The projection for the ‘Eurussian Empire’ ends three months later, in September 2030, when Putin is supposed to announce a ‘special military operation’ on NATO. Russian forces are witnessed crossing the borders of Finland and Poland less than a decade after invading Ukraine.
