How ISIS Was Created In A US Prison Camp Called Camp Bucca

The facility spread out below him, row after row of neatly aligned white aluminum roofs, looking like Chiclets set against the endless beige of the desert floor.

It was called Camp Bucca. To coalition forces in Iraq, it was the primary detention facility for enemy prisoners of war. To Mitchell Gray, then 48 and serving his country for the third time, it was simply the place where the US Army had decided his skills, which included a law degree and a fluency in Arabic, were needed most.

He and the rest of his unit, the 45th Infantry Brigade of the Oklahoma National Guard, were flying helicopters in from Kuwait. It was shortly after landing that he got a first glimpse at a few of the 26,000 detainees, staring at him from the other side of the concertina wire.

A soldier stands guard as detainees pray at a U.S. military detention facility Camp Bucca.

“You never see hatred on the faces of Americans like you saw on the faces of these detainees,” Gray remembers of his 2008 tour. “When I say they hated us, I mean they looked like they would have killed us in a heartbeat if given the chance. I turned to the warrant officer I was with and I said, ‘If they could, they would rip our heads off and drink our blood.’ ”

What Gray didn’t know — but might have expected — was that he was not merely looking at the United States’ former enemies, but its future ones as well. According to intelligence experts and Department of Defense records, the vast majority of the leadership of what is today known as ISIS, including its leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, did time at Camp Bucca.

And not only did the US feed, clothe and house these jihadists, it also played a vital, if unwitting, role in facilitating their transformation into the most formidable terrorist force in modern history.

Camp Bucca started, as so many policy blunders do, with nothing but the best intentions. The Army simply needed a place to stick bad actors where they could not harm US troops.

The 800th Military Police Brigade, a reserve unit based on Long Island, were the ones who christened it Camp Bucca. It was fitting symbolism for a place designed to hold terrorists: Ronald Bucca was an FDNY marshall who died on 9/11.

For much of the war, Bucca might as well have been invisible to folks back home. The war correspondents focused their attention on Mosul or Fallujah, places where the bullets were flying and the blood was flowing. The only detention facility to gain real notice was Abu Ghraib, where abuses against Iraqi prisoners made headlines around the world.

Early in Bucca’s existence, the most extreme inmates were congregated in Compound 6. There were not enough Americans guards to safely enter the compound — and, in any event, the guards didn’t speak Arabic. So the detainees were left alone to preach to one another and share deadly vocational advice.

Adel Jasim Mohammed, a former detainee, once described the scene to Al Jazeera. “Extremists had freedom to educate the young detainees,” Mohammed said. “I saw them giving courses using classroom boards on how to use explosives, weapons and how to become suicide bombers.”

They were also networking in ways that never would have been possible outside the wire. A few months back, The Guardian published an extraordinary interview with an ISIS leader it called Abu Ahmed, who described his years at Bucca in glowing terms.

This is the US prison where ISIS was born

“We had so much time to sit and plan,” Ahmed said. “It was the perfect environment. We all agreed to get together when we got out. The way to reconnect was easy. We wrote each other’s details on the elastic of our boxer shorts. When we got out, we called. Everyone who was important to me was written on white elastic. I had their phone numbers, their villages.”

“It really was that simple,” Ahmed said later during the interview. “Boxers helped us win the war.”

Al-Baghdadi, the self-proclaimed caliph of the Islamic state, spent 10 quiet months at Bucca. According to Pentagon records, he was released in December 2004. He was such a model inmate, a military review board deemed him not to be a significant threat.

Bucca also housed Haji Bakr, a former colonel in Saddam Hussein’s air-defense force. Bakr was no religious zealot. He was just a guy who lost his job when the Coalition Provisional Authority disbanded the Iraqi military and instituted de-Baathification, a policy of banning Saddam’s past supporters from government work.

According to documents recently obtained by German newspaper Der Spiegel, Bakr was the real mastermind behind ISIS’s organizational structure and also mapped out the strategies that fueled its early successes. Bakr, who died in fighting in 2014, was incarcerated at Bucca from 2006-’08, along with a dozen or more of ISIS’s top lieutenants.

The collusion at Bucca got so bad that when Marine Maj. Gen. Doug Stone was put in command of the camp in 2007, he became aware that some insurgents were allowing themselves to be caught so they could join their comrades.

“They showed up knowing about our intake process,” Stone said. “They would come in and say, ‘I believe this and such and therefore I’d like to get into Compound 34.’ These guys were using detention for their own purposes.”

Stone immediately set about breaking up the 1,000-man compounds into 10-man huts to limit inmate interaction. He released detainees who weren’t a threat, so they couldn’t be indoctrinated by the ones who were. He implemented an ideological re-education program, bringing in local imams to preach a moderate version of the Koran.

“It made a difference. And if we had done some of those things five or six years earlier, it might have made more of a difference,” Stone said. “At that point, it was probably too little too late.”

As the battle-weary US began scrambling for the exit in 2009, many former-and-future jihadists held at Bucca were simply let go. Others were released into the hands of Iraqi authorities, who proved inept at keeping them locked up.

One of the first priorities of the Islamic State when it began organizing and gaining strength in 2010 and 2011 was to spring its would-be compatriots, which it did through a combination of bribing corrupt Iraqi officials and staging coordinated attacks on the prisons.

“There were a number of detainees that when we left, we said, ‘Whatever you do, don’t let these guys out,’ ” Stone said. “But of course they all got free. There was a lot of talent and expertise there. They really broke out the Who’s Who in the Zoo.”

It is with sadness that Stone, Gray and other soldiers look at the chaos now in the region. They came to help an oppressed people build a new Iraq. The end result, as ISIS rewrites the rules of region, may be that Iraq is wiped off the map altogether.

“There were obviously mistakes made in how we handled Iraq,” said Greg, the ex-officer. “In retrospect, bringing every jihadi and insurgent into the same place and giving them all the time in the world to get to know one another may go down as our biggest mistake.” source

The Carson City Correctional Facility In Michigan With Its 2,300 Inmates Is In Need Of As Many King James Bibles As We Can Send Them

The Carson City Correctional Center in Michigan has currently 2,300 inmates and a chaplain who needs as many Bibles as we can send them

Carson City Correctional Facility in Michigan is a multi-level facility consisting of 15 housing units. DRF-West consists of seven housing units; one unsecured Level I unit with 120 beds, three Level II units with 720 beds, two Level IV units with 384 beds, and a 22-bed temporary segregation unit. The Carson City Correctional Facility has 428 employees when fully staffed and the capacity to house 2,526 adult prisoners. Chaplain Lonnie wrote to us today asking for as many Bibles as we are able to send them.

“To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.” Isaiah 42:7 (KJB)

Carson City Correctional will be the 28th prison that we will have sent Bibles to in the current “hot streak” the Lord has us on, it’s an exciting thing seeing all these facilities reaching out to us and us being able to meet each and every need that comes in. Chaplain Lonny writes to say “We have 2300 inmates within two facilities and three security levels. We would deeply appreciate as many Bibles as possible.”

Since I last wrote, we have been able to send out Bibles and books to the Heard County Jail, Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, Maine Correctional Center, and Moberly Correctional as well. Carson City with its current roster of 2,300 inmates is a big one, and I don’t expect to be able to send them a bible for each inmate, as that would come out to about $8,257. But realistically, if we could send them somewhere between 500 – 1,000 Bibles, that would be a wonderful start. But the final number we send is up to each and every one of you. Come help us, we need you!

If God has prospered you, please take a moment to click on the donate button to help us in this monumental task of providing King James Bibles, New Testaments, scripture portions, gospel tracts as well as Spanish Bibles to inmates in jails and prisons from Florida to Alaska, and every state in between. We need your prayers, we need your generous financial support, and we need you to stand with us in the closing days of the Church Age. Thank you so very much, TO THE FIGHT!!!

In 692 AD, The Roman Catholic Church Codified ‘Good Friday’ Along With The Unbiblical Adoration Of The Cross And The Worshipping Of The Eucharist

Published

on

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

The Roman Catholic practice of Good Friday evolved slowly in the 4th century until becoming codified at the Quinisext Council in 692 AD

The Roman Catholic Church likes to pretend that the things they do are the things that they’ve always done, and that is far from the truth. For example, worshipping of Mary was something that developed gradually over time and was not codified until 1854 when Pope Pius IX issued his Ineffabilis Deus. Yet the Vatican likes to make you think it was always that way, and that all the apostles did that, and that is a lie. Another good lie is ‘Good Friday’, much older than Mary worship but still as recent as 692.

They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.” 1 John 2:19 (KJB)

Look at the photo at the top of this article, this is what a Good Friday holy day looks like in Europe, this was filmed in Spain. Terrifying, isn’t it? Now you know where the Spanish Inquisition came from. Those of you who know me know that for 30 years before I got saved, I was a Roman Catholic trained in Jesuit schools, and trained as an altar boy in the dark mystery of Mass. I speak not as an outsider, but as one trained at the highest levels of Roman Catholicism.

The practice of Good Friday observance traces back to ancient times, with some customs documented as early as the 4th century by Egeria. Its evolution into a day of penance and fasting commemorates Christ’s death, with the name “Good Friday” possibly originating from “God’s Friday.” The veneration of the cross likely began in Jerusalem between the 7th and 8th centuries, with references to pre-sanctified Masses dating back to the Quinisext Council in AD 692. source

THINGS THAT NEVER HAPPENED IN THE NEW TESTAMENT:

  • Nuns
  • Priests
  • Confession to a priest
  • Prayer to Mary
  • Veneration of Mary
  • Christmas
  • Lent
  • Good Friday
  • Easter
  • The Mass
  • The Eucharist
  • Transubstantiation
  • Holy Orders
  • Last Rites
  • Purgatory

In the Bible, there is no Lent, there is no Good Friday, and the only people celebrating Easter are the pagan Romans like Herod who killed Christians. It breaks my heart seeing Baptist churches putting up signs for ‘holy week’, and ‘come celebrate Good Friday with us’, proving just how hard it is to extricate yourself from the grip of Mother Rome, even for Baptists. That’s why I wrote the handy, little guide showing you the Bible truth about the week-long passion of Jesus Christ. For extra credit, please also read ‘Lent Is Taken From The Babylonian Practice Of Weeping For Tammuz’, ‘Don’t Be Fooled Into Observing Phony Roman Catholic ‘Holy Week’ Rituals Like Easter, Here Is What Actually Happened To Jesus During His Week Of Passion’ and ‘Good Friday’ Is A Roman Catholic Invention, The Bible Says Jesus Went To The Cross On A Wednesday’ Hope it’s a blessing, enjoy and share!

DIVINE FEMININE: White House Faith Office Director Paula White Strikes Gold In Trump Oval Office As The End Times Spiritual Leader America Deserves

Published

on

SHARE NOW THE END BEGINS:

Apostle and end times deceiver Paula White is reveling in her role as the Divine Feminine spiritual leader in the Trump White House

Paula White has arrived at the moment she has always longed for, nearly unlimited wealth and power through her association with the most politically-powerful man on earth, President Donald Trump. As a self-proclaimed and self-anointed ‘apostle’, Paula White is the living, breathing embodiment of the type of false and deceitful workers the apostle Paul warns us about. The falling away in the Laodicean Church, (if you know you know), is staring you right in the face if you have eyes to see it. That’s the memo.

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.” 2 Corinthians 11:13 (KJB)

Speaking of President Trump, White says “There will be some people that absolutely believe that he is chosen and he is anointed”. On our Podcast on Monday talking about Real ID and the Mark of the Beast, I said the exact same thing, but for a much different reason. What Apostle Paula doesn’t know or understand, is that God can sometimes anoint people as He does in the Bible to carry out some very scary stuff. For example, Ezekiel 28 shows us Lucifer as the anointed of God, and Isaiah 10 shows us him being used of God as Antichrist. King Saul was a terrible king over Israel, yet he was anointed of God for that role. I believe that, according to Daniel 2, God did indeed raise up Donald Trump to be the ruler of the most powerful nation on Earth. I also believe Trump is in this position to advance the end times timeline and, unwittingly to himself, carry out the judgment of God on America and on the world.

Apostle Paula White feels right at home in Trump White House

FROM THE WALL STREET JOURNAL: In March, six weeks after President Trump appointed her to lead his White House Faith Office and set her up with an office in the West Wing, evangelical Christian leader Paula White preached in a YouTube sermon that the Passover-to-Easter period provided the faithful with an opportunity to receive “seven supernatural blessings.”

“God will assign an angel to you,” she said. “He’ll be an enemy to your enemies. He’ll give you prosperity.” Citing a verse from Exodus, she added that God also had decreed that “none shall appear before me empty-handed.”

The video then pivoted into fundraising mode, outlining a series of gifts for honoring God and supporting her ministry, culminating in a Waterford crystal cross for a “Passover/Easter resurrection offering of $1,000 or more.” Next came footage of Trump in the Oval Office lauding White’s ministry and political work. “You have helped us so much in so many different ways,” Trump said.

Over a four-decade career as a preacher and televangelist, the 58-year-old White has become both enormously influential and controversial in the evangelical world. Her 24-year friendship with Trump, which she said began when he called her after seeing her preach on a Florida TV station, has culminated in a role that combines religion and politics in ways that have little precedent in modern White House history.

In addition to advising the White House office set up to empower faith groups, White has repeatedly been photographed leading prayer sessions in which she and others—heads bowed and eyes closed—lay their hands on the president, including in the Oval Office.

While working for the White House, White has continued to raise money for her ministry, as well as for StoryLife, the church she helps lead in Apopka, Fla., at times incorporating into her pitches images of Trump or references to her work with the president. That troubles some government ethics experts.

“This is the use of a public office for private gain,” said University of Minnesota law professor Richard Painter, the chief ethics lawyer to then-President George W. Bush and a frequent critic of Trump administration ethics. “You cannot use the presidency or any other public office to raise money for private organizations. No private organization should be doing this.

In recent sermons, she has urged followers to send her $133, reflecting the Bible verse Proverbs 1:33. A gift of $414, reflecting a verse from the book of Esther, brings a book set and an engraved crystal paperweight. “If you hold back now…God can’t use you. He doesn’t use spectators. He uses participators,” she said.

In a recent fundraising appeal, White said: “You don’t do this to get something, but you’re doing it in honor to God, realizing what you can receive.” READ MORE
