The once-in-a-century earthquake in Turkey and Syria was preceded by a strange UFO-shaped cloud and unusual lighting causing many to wonder if HAARP was behind it?

For those of you who don’t know, HAARP is a weather manipulation program started by the United States government in Alaska, and stands for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. The official site for HAARP says ‘HAARP is the world’s most capable high-power, high-frequency transmitter for study of the ionosphere. The HAARP program is committed to developing a world-class ionospheric research facility consisting of: the Ionospheric Research Instrument, a high power transmitter facility operating in the High Frequency range. And a sophisticated suite of scientific or diagnostic instruments that can be used to observe the physical processes that occur in the excited region.’ Hmm.

HAARP was one of the very early stories we wrote about in the early days on Now The End Begins, exposing the governments weather manipulation program and tying it in with the chemtrails they are constantly spraying over our heads. In 2015, David Walker, deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for science, technology and engineering dropped a bombshell when he admitted the government was doing what NTEB said they were doing. Was the earthquake in Turkey and Syria caused by HAARP? We don’t know for sure. But could it have been caused by the weather manipulation folks at HAARP? Absolutely. Was earthquake in Turkey created by United States by HAARP?

FROM GEO TV: Several social media users are engaged in what some are calling a “conspiracy theory” where they believe that the earthquake in Turkey and neighboring Syria was created by the United States using the American HAARP technology.

Since last night, the hashtag #HAARP has been trending on Twitter, receiving more than 100,000 tweets.

Another Twitter user wrote: “Three weeks ago, Serkan Karabakh of FETO said there would be a 7.4 magnitude earthquake. The American ship anchored in Turkey and the button was pressed! The embassies were closed and members were recalled.”

Another user wrote: “These clouds appeared as a result of the US weapon HAARP energising the ionosphere to create an artificial earthquake on February 2, 2023. Wanting to create an artificial earthquake in Istanbul, they deliberately closed the consulates.”

“Those who still say conspiracy theory, you will understand by experience,” warned another.

What is HAARP?

It stands for “High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program”.

The American research initiative called HAARP has been active since the early 1990s. Although the project has a number of goals, radio communication technology advancement is considered to be its primary focus.

“HAARP is the world’s most capable high-power, high-frequency transmitter for study of the ionosphere,” a university release by the Univerity of Alaska reads.

“Operation of the research facility was transferred from the United States Air Force to the University of Alaska Fairbanks on August 11, 2015, allowing HAARP to continue with exploration of ionospheric phenomenology via a land-use cooperative research and development agreement,” it continues.

Many people who use social media think that HAARP is being used to punish Turkey for refusing to work with the West.

“No such thing as coincidence,” a user said.

A 2017 study published in Science Advances came to the conclusion that both naturally occurring and human-caused earthquakes have a similar potential for shaking and damage. The research program currently at the centre of the rumours has not claimed anywhere to have the power to induce quakes. Massive rehearsal planned for Northwest mega-quake, tsunami

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Imagine a devastating earthquake and tsunami have cut off Pacific Northwest coastal communities. Phone and internet service have collapsed. Ham radio operators living on the stricken coast fire up their radios, contact emergency managers and report on the magnitude of the disaster so that no time is wasted in saving lives.

This is the kind of scenario that will be rehearsed during the second week of June in a massive earthquake and tsunami readiness drill that has been developed by the U.S. government, the military, and state and local emergency managers over the past few years to test their readiness for what — when it strikes — will likely be the nation’s worst natural calamity.

The June 7-10 exercise is called Cascadia Rising. It is named after the Cascadia Subduction Zone — a 600-mile-long fault just off the coast that runs from Northern California to British Columbia.

“This is the largest exercise ever for a Cascadia break,” said Lt. Col. Clayton Braun of the Washington State National Guard. Braun has been a key planner of the doomsday drill, which is being overseen by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Federal officials say about 20,000 people will be involved in the disaster drill, representing various federal agencies, the U.S. military, state and local emergency response managers across the Pacific Northwest, Native American tribes and emergency management officials in British Columbia.

One main goal of the exercise is to test how well they will work together to minimize loss of life and damages when a mega-quake rips along the Cascadia Subduction Zone and unleashes a killer tsunami.

Awareness of the seismic threat looming just off the Pacific Northwest dates back to the 1980s, when researchers concluded that coastal lands long ago had been inundated by a tsunami. Research also indicated that a tsunami that was documented in Japan in January 1700 originated from the Cascadia Subduction Zone, also known as the CSZ.

Research suggests that the CSZ on average produces magnitude 9.0 quakes every 500 years, but big quakes have been separated by as few as 200 years and as many as 1,000. So it is impossible to predict when the next monster quake occurs. However, tectonic stresses have been accumulating in the CSZ for more than 300 years and seismologists say it could rupture at any time.

More than 8 million people live in the area that is vulnerable to the Cascadia Subduction Zone. It contains the most heavily populated areas of the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle and Portland, as well as Interstate 5, one of the nation’s busiest roads.

Coastal towns are especially at risk. Studies have forecast that while 1,100 people could die from a 9.0 magnitude quake, 13,500 could perish from the tsunami that would slam into the coast within 15 to 30 minutes after the shaking begins.

A scenario document written in preparation for Cascadia Rising exercise states “the scale of fatalities across the coast may overwhelm the resources of local governments.” Whole towns along the coast may disappear. Hospitals could either collapse or be too severely damaged to handle casualties.

All across the region between the Pacific and the Cascade Range, bridges and roads could be destroyed, fuel supplies and communications disrupted, and buildings and crucial infrastructure may sink into soil that’s been liquefied by the intense shaking.

The region has taken steps over the last few years to better prepare for the looming calamity. Schools are being moved out of tsunami inundation zones. Money is being allocated for seismic retrofits of crucial structures. Tsunami evacuation routes to high ground have been identified.

Cascadia Rising is an important part of the planning that has picked up pace over the past few years.

Some of the exercise will put boots on the ground. For example, Washington State National Guardsmen will conduct a landing on Vashon Island to rehearse delivery of supplies with landing craft. About 2,300 National Guard soldiers are among the 6,000 or so exercise participants in Washington state.

Another major drill rehearses how to get the Port of Tacoma back into operation after it has been devastated by a quake, using a U.S. Army Reserve pier that consists of a logistics support vessel, a barge derrick crane and a large tug. source

There is a growing, underground movement of people who believe California’s drought is part of a government conspiracy instead of a naturally occurring event from a lack of rain during the last four years.

The movement’s leader, Dane Wigington, says he’s putting his life on the line to reveal a truth that will shake society to its core. From the outside, it’s clear the hundreds showing up beat to a different drum. But stepping inside a packed Redding auditorium is like walking into another world. Outlandish ideas like weather warfare and climate engineering—in other words, weather control—are accepted as basic fact.

“Climate engineering is the single greatest assault on the environment ever launched by humanity, without question,” he said. Wigington, the lead researcher for GeoEngineering Watch, is sounding the alarm. “It’s a responsibility—it’s not an option, it’s an obligation,” he said.

His group is gaining more attention. More than 1,000 people showed up in Redding from across the country. The panel included a former California Fish and Game biologist, a former U.S. Forest Service biologist and a U.S. Navy veteran.

HAARP controlled chemtrails are to blame, says Wigington

He claims grainy, shaky video is part of a mountain of evidence showing shadowy government forces are using planes to secretly spray fine particles of heavy metals like aluminum into the sky. The purpose, they believe, is to block some of the sun’s direct rays from reaching the earth in a desperate attempt to slow global warming.

“The list of corroborating material we have is immense, including lab tests that prove the same elements named in geoengineering patents—aluminum, barium, and other heavy metals are raining down on us in massive quantities,” he said.

If you’re skeptical, this won’t help—he claims the spraying is happening off the coast of California comes with an incredibly serious side effect. The heavy metal particles are blocking rainfall, effectively steering California’s somewhere else.

US Air Force Admits to Using HAARP For Weather Modification in Defense Hearing:

Hmmm, seems like the idea of controlling the weather is not so crazy after all. In fact, that’s exactly what HAARP was set up and created to do. They freely admit to controlling the weather in this Congressional investigation.

In other words, climate engineering, they say, is to blame for the harshest recorded drought in California’s history.

“Nobody has a right to do this. Nobody has a right to play God with the weather,” he said.

REPORTER: You’re talking about weather control.

WIGINGTON: Yes, we are.

REPORTER: You know that sounds crazy. To an outsider, this sounds impossible; it sounds like science fiction.

WIGINGTON: You can’t interfere with the climate system, putting aerosols, fine particles into the atmosphere without affecting the rain, can’t do it.

REPORTER: What you’re saying is, that this drought is being directly caused?

WIGINGTON: There’s no question. The connection is inarguable.

Kyaw Tha Paw U is a UC Davis professor of atmospheric science and biometeorology with degrees from MIT and Yale.

“I would find it more likely—I’m not saying it’s actually happening—but it’s more likely there are extraterrestrial visits to the Earth (laughs) than this kind of thing happening,” he said. “I don’t know anyone in my field who believes that.”

Understanding how HAARP works and how it began:

The idea of climate engineering is out there, but actually doing it is another matter, he says. Civilian planes and most military aircraft can’t fly high enough to even make it feasible. He says the contrails people see behind planes are essentially ice clouds forming and is perfectly normal.

“It’s just a natural occurrence of combustion; water’s one of the byproducts of combustion,” he said.

The video from Wigington appears to show a spray between the contrails. The professor says it looks like a rare issue involving pressure variations that causes a trial to form behind the wing and not just the engines’ exhausts.

But Wigington is used to skeptics. He once was one.

“Talk is cheap for those who haven’t investigated. I didn’t want to believe this either,” he said.

His background is in solar power, but he started investigating on his own about a decade ago after becoming suspicious. that something was partially blocking the sun’s energy from reaching his solar home. He decided to go public.

“I can’t not do this. It’s the last thing I ever wanted to do. I’m not a political person, I’m not an activist, I’m simply a father that wants his children to have a future,” he said.

The underground movement has more than its share of critics, including scientists who dismiss the weather control claims as pseudoscience and conspiracy theory talk without reliable evidence.

“The negative things we like to find reasons for, and conspiracy theories are one of the ways to try and find a reason for it, when we don’t fully understand what’s going on,” Kyaw Tha Paw U said. Wigington is 100 percent certain climate engineering is happening and is causing California’s drought.

The truth, he says, will cause a global shockwave.

“The data backs this up; I’ve already bet my life on this fact and again, those who doubt this is going on, those who want to deny, those protecting their paychecks and pensions by denying it will not be able to much longer. The damage is too cataclysmic. There will be no hiding this issue much longer,” he said. source
