InfoWars’ Alex Jones Is A ‘Performance Artist Playing A Character’, Says His Lawyer At Pretrial Hearing
At a pretrial hearing, attorney Randall Wilhite told state District Judge Orlinda Naranjo that his client Alex Jones is a performance artist.
At a recent pretrial hearing, attorney Randall Wilhite told state District Judge Orlinda Naranjo that using his client Alex Jones’ on-air Infowars persona to evaluate Alex Jones as a father would be like judging Jack Nicholson in a custody dispute based on his performance as the Joker in “Batman.”

EDITOR’S NOTE: There is no question that Infowars star and founder Alex Jones is a high camp performance artist, that was never in question. But a much better question to ask would be is Alex Jones a government plant, living among the fringe groups and sowing disinformation? Call it a psyop within a psyop, how deep does the rabbit hole go?
“He’s playing a character,” Wilhite said of Jones. “He is a performance artist.” But in emotional testimony at the hearing, Kelly Jones, who is seeking to gain sole or joint custody of her three children with Alex Jones, portrayed the volcanic public figure as the real Alex Jones.
“He’s not a stable person,” she said of the man with whom her 14-year-old son and 9- and 12-year-old daughters have lived since her 2015 divorce. “He says he wants to break Alec Baldwin’s neck. He wants J-Lo to get raped.
“I’m concerned that he is engaged in felonious behavior, threatening a member of Congress,” she said, referring to his recent comments about California Democrat Adam Schiff. “He broadcasts from home. The children are there, watching him broadcast.”

2013 was the year that Alex Jones went from being a cult figure to breaking out on the national stage. Watch this clip of Jones starting out normal for about the first two minutes, then he slides over into extreme camp theater that bordered on the ridiculous. Either it is performance art, or he is a little insane.
Beginning Monday, a jury will be selected at the Travis County Courthouse that in the next two weeks will be asked to sort out whether there is a difference between the public and private Alex Jones, and whether, when it comes to his fitness as a parent, it matters.
For Naranjo, who has been the presiding judge of the 419th District Court since January 2006, it is about keeping her eyes, and the jury’s eyes, on the children.
“This case is not about Infowars, and I don’t want it to be about Infowars,” Naranjo told the top-shelf legal talent enlisted in Jones v. Jones at the last pretrial hearing Wednesday. “I am in control of this court, not your clients.”
But for Alex Jones, at the peak of his power and influence, what emerges from the art deco courthouse on Guadalupe Street might shape whether he comes to be seen by his faithful as more prophet or showman.
Infowars as evidence
Alex Jones is an Austin original who, 21 years after he got his own show on Austin public access television, has become an unlikely popular and political force in the Donald Trump era, an ingenious and indefatigable conjurer of conspiracy theories about sinister global elites seeking to enslave the masses, who found, in Trump, a hero open to his shadowy narratives.
“Alex Jones and his Infowars’ umbrella of radio shows, YouTube and Facebook broadcasts, Internet website and tweets turned out to be Trump’s secret weapon,” Roger Stone, probably Trump’s oldest and closest political confidant, wrote in his book “The Making of the President 2016.” “His fiery words have struck a chord in the nation and he speaks for millions. In fact, more people follow Alex than watch Fox News or CNN.”

In addition to broadcasting his radio show on some 150 stations, Infowars.com had 7.6 million global unique visitors between March 16 and April 14 according to Quantcast, which measures web audiences and ranked Infowars.com 387th among all U.S. websites, not far behind Texas.gov, MLB.com and PBS.org.
The Alex Jones YouTube channel has more than 2 million subscribers and more than 1.2 billion video views.
But Jones’ most important listener is the president of the United States.
During the campaign and into his presidency, many of Trump’s most defining themes and questionable assertions either originated with or were popularized by Infowars: Hillary Clinton for prison. Hillary Clinton is gravely ill. Bill Clinton is a rapist. President Barack Obama founded ISIS. The election is rigged. Millions of immigrants voted illegally. The news media covers up terrorist attacks. The “fake news media … is the enemy of the people.” Obama spied on Trump.

In December 2015, thanks to Stone, Trump appeared via Skype on Jones’ show. “Your reputation is amazing,” Trump told Jones. “I will not let you down.”
Since Trump became president, Jones has purported on air to be in regular direct telephone contact with the president, apologizing for not always being able to answer the phone when the president calls. Last week, Jones said that the president had invited him to Mar-a-Lago but that he had to beg off because of family obligations.
Recently, Jones faulted Trump for falling for the “false flag” that it was the Syrian government, and not its enemies, that deployed chemical weapons against civilians, but he says he understands the political expedience involved and remains hopeful that Trump will reclaim the anti-globalist mantle.
Naranjo, meanwhile, said she had never seen or heard Jones on Infowars until Wednesday’s hearing, when Kelly Jones’ legal team started previewing Infowars videos it would like to play for the jury.
The first was a clip from a July 2015 broadcast in which Jones had his son, then 12, on to play the latest of some 15 or 20 videos he had made with the help of members of the Infowars team who, Jones said, had “taken him under their wing” during summer days spent at the South Austin studio between stints at tennis and Christian camps.
“He is undoubtedly cut out for this, and I intend for him to eclipse what I’ve done. He’s a way greater person than I was at 12,” said Jones, turning to his son. “I love you so much, and I didn’t mean to get you up here, sweetheart, and tell people how much I love you, but you’re so handsome, and you’re a good little knight who’s going to grow up, I know, to be a great fighter against the enemy.”
“So far this looks like good stuff,” Wilhite said. Naranjo OK’d it for viewing by the jury.
But Bobby Newman, the attorney for Kelly Jones guiding the court through the Infowars clips, was laying the groundwork for the argument that there is no separation between Alex Jones, father, and Alex Jones, Infowarrior.
“This is the world he has planned for his kids,” said Newman, quoting Alex Jones at a recent hearing insisting that what he says on the air is what he believes.

Did comedian Bill Hicks fake his own death only to re-emerge as Alex Jones? With Jones, anything is possible.
Next up was a video of a recent conversation between Jones and Stone on Infowars that quickly escalated into an expletive-studded, gay-bashing rant by Jones directed at Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee investigation of Trump’s Russia ties, in which, Schiff has suggested, Stone and Jones might be entangled.
Jones’ rant ends: “You got that, you son of a bitch? Fill your hand,” echoing John Wayne’s warning in True Grit” to a man he’s about to shoot and kill.
“This is nothing but a response to a congressman who called him a Russian spy,” said David Minton, another lawyer representing Alex Jones. “What possible relevance does that have?” Minton asked. “They want to throw the stench in the jury box and never get the stench out. It has nothing to do with parenting.”
A few days after his Schiff riff, Jones characterized it on-air as “clearly tongue-in-cheek and basically art performance, as I do in my rants, which I admit I do, as a form of art.” “When I say, ‘I’m going to kick your ass,’ it’s the Infowar,” Jones said. “I say every day we’re going to destroy you with the truth.”

The first case of E. coli happened back on September 27th, with the rest of the cases taking place up to October 11th, but the news of that was held back until Donald Trump goes viral with a video drop of him working a shift at McDonalds. One way that you know its predictive programming is that there is almost always what we call a sacrifice, someone has to die to “seal the deal”, and so far one person has indeed died. Donald Trump received a huge bump from his viral video, his “October Surprise” for Kamala Harris, and this is the New World Order reminding everyone who’s really in charge over this sin-cursed world that’s waiting to receive Antichrist.
Deadly E. coli outbreak linked to McDonald’s Quarter Pounders sickens 49 people in 10 states
FROM THE ASSOCIATED PRESS: The death was reported in an older person in Colorado, and one child has been hospitalized with severe kidney complications, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported.
McDonald’s shares dropped 9% in after-hours trading Tuesday after the CDC’s announcement.
Infections were reported between Sept. 27 and Oct. 11, in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Colorado has the most cases, 27, followed by Nebraska with nine.

Everyone interviewed in connection with the outbreak had reported eating at McDonald’s before falling ill and most mentioned eating Quarter Pounder hamburgers, the CDC said. The U.S. Agriculture Department, the Food and Drug Administration and state health officials are also investigating.
The specific ingredient tied to the outbreak has not been identified, but investigators are focused on onions and beef. McDonald’s reported to the CDC that it had removed slivered onions and beef patties used for Quarter Pounders from stores in the affected states. The BBC Wants You To Know That Hurricane Milton Is Not The Product Of Geoengineering And That HAARP Has Nothing To Do With Wild Weather Patterns
The BBC says false claims suggesting that Hurricane Milton was ‘geoengineered’ and that the weather in Florida is being ‘manipulated’ have been spreading on social media. Imagine that.
As you read this, Hurricane Milton is preparing to come ashore on the west coast of Florida, two weeks after Hurricane Helene, and right behind him are Tropical Storms Nadine and Leslie. Over 17 tornadoes have already touched down, each with spectacular bursts of lightning, as the storm surges begins to flood downtown streets. The BBC wants you to know that none of this has anything to do with HAARP, DARPA, cloud seeding or geoengineers that we discussed on Monday’s Podcast. Instead it’s all caused by cow farts, red meat consumption, Trump voters, carbon footprints, gas stoves, an aversion to Greta Thunberg, and refusal to purchase EVs. Uh-huh. Let’s take a close look at the BBC and see what they’re all about, because the BBC is lying to you.

The BBC is a cesspool of Far Left Liberalism, and a fount of lies and deceit, pushing the New World Order agenda at every turn. Back in 2020, BBC World Service radio program Heart and Soul aired a program titled “Black Jesus” on December 18, in which presenter Robert Beckford claimed that Jesus was a “Palestinian,” despite the term only coming into use some 100 years after the crucifixion. Then there was the story of Patricia Chandler in Austin, Texas, who volunteered to receive the new COVID-1984 vaccine from the joint partnership between Pfizer and BioNTech in Mainz, Germany. Shortly after participating in the Pfizer trials, Chandler developed oozing, pus-filled sore on the bottoms of both feet, and we showed you the photos. After we broke that story, the BBC called us ‘an apocalypse-themed evangelical Christian site that promotes conspiracy theories about vaccines, the Covid-19 pandemic and the US election.’ Now the BBC wants to assure you that there is no way Hurricane Milton was engineered and that our weather patterns are not being manipulated. That can only mean one thing, they absolutely are.

No, Hurricane Milton was not ‘engineered’ says the BBC
FROM THE BBC: There is no technology that allows humans to create and control hurricanes. But on platforms like X and TikTok, posts alleging – without evidence – that the US government is secretly controlling the weather have been viewed millions of times. Many were published by accounts known for spreading conspiracy theories, as well as misinformation about Covid-19 or vaccines.
These users shared the belief that Hurricane Milton, one of the strongest storms in recent US history, was purposefully created by shadowy forces at the heart of US politics. But they proposed several different explanations for how that was supposedly done.
Some users claimed weather manipulation techniques like cloud seeding are to blame.
Cloud seeding involves manipulating existing clouds to try to produce more rain, for example in countries with a dry climate. But the south-east of the US had already been hit by huge amounts of rainfall from Hurricane Helene, which triggered deadly flooding in several states just two weeks ago.

“When we cloud seed, it is because we do not have enough aerosols or water vapor within the atmosphere to see condensation occur, so we try and force it through cloud seeding,” says Jill Trepanier, an expert in extreme weather phenomena from Louisiana State University. “Over the western Gulf of Mexico and the Bay of Campeche, that is not a problem. The Earth will make a hurricane all on its own.”
Other users blamed “geoengineering” instead – a wide array of methods to manipulate the environment with a view to reducing the effects of climate change. But there are no tools that would allow humans to create or control storms like this one.

Long Forgotten Novels From 19-Century Author Ingersoll Lockwood Were Called ‘The Last President’ And ‘The Baron Trump’, How’s That For Conspiracy?
Ingersoll Lockwood wrote books called ‘The Baron Trump’ and ‘The Last President’, will this have anything to do with Barron Trump and his father the once and perhaps future president?
Chances are you know about a doomed ship called ‘The Titanic’, but you may or may not be familiar with a book from the 19th-century called ‘The Wreck of the Titan’. Titan was roughly the same size as the Titanic with about the same number of passengers, both ships were not provided with enough lifeboats for all of its passages, and half of the passengers died when it sank after hitting an iceberg in the Atlantic Ocean. Nearly identical, the novel came true. 19-century author Ingersoll Lockwood wrote a book called ‘The Baron Trump’, a children’s book, and another called ‘1900, or The Last President’ about the end of America. Will these novels, like ‘The Titan’, also come to pass?

In the book ‘The Baron Trump’, the title character Trump is an aristocratically wealthy young man living in a place called Castle Trump on Fifth Avenue in New York City. Young Baron Trump has a mentor named Don, and the two of them take a trip to Russia where the course of his life will forever change. Just keep in mind this book was written in 1889, was the author time-traveling when he wrote this?
Hold that thought. Now, about last night…
Last night, Barron Trump made his debut of sorts, standing before a cheering crowd of 45,000 MAGA Republicans, in support of his father Donald Trump, the once and perhaps future president of the United States. Keeping in mind the relationship of the ship Titanic to the book called The Wreck of the Titan, what parallels can we draw between a book called ‘The Baron Trump’ and ‘The Last President’, written in the 19th-century, with what seems to be currently unfolding before us in 2024? I mean, from a statistical point of views, what would be the chances?

Visually, Barron Trump has striking features. He is very tall, quite handsome and has a serious ‘beyond his years’ expression on his face most of the time. From a conspiracy perspective, as the saying goes, the ‘kid is a natural’. Is he about to come onto the political scene, and if so, in what capacity? My mind races with the possibilities, how about you? Either way, we’re about to find out.
What is the political temperature in America right now? Right now confusion reigns from every outpost, the Democrats are in turmoil, the Republicans are in turmoil, and the 44th president of the United States recently released a movie about the American government declaring war on its citizens. If there ever was a time to write a book called ‘The Last President’, that time would be right now. Ingersoll wrote that book in 1896, right after he wrote a book called ‘The Baron Trump’.
