New York Rolls Out ‘Excelsior Pass’ Becoming First State To Require A Vaccination Passport To Attend Event And Entertainment Venues

New York has launched the nation’s first-ever vaccine passport, called the Excelsior Pass, so you can prove you’ve been vaccinated.

New York is the first state to formally launch a ‘vaccine passport’ program, Excelsior Pass, allowing New Yorkers to pull up a code on their phones to prove they have received a vaccine for the Chinese coronavirus or have tested negative.

The Excelsior Pass in New York is the first-of-its-kind vaccination passport that people will be required to have if they want to attend any large-scale events or entertainment venues, so if you thought this was about the COVID virus, you would be quite mistaken. This is about the global tracking system surrounding the COVID virus which will not be going away even after the virus does. Now, about that name ‘Excelsior’ Pass.

“For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;.” Hebrews 7:26 (KJB)

Excelsior makes its earliest appearance in England’s written record in 1538, as part of a sermon that had been recited in Latin for Henry VIII by the Bishop of Lincoln John Longland (1473-1547), and then published under the title, ‘A Sermonde Made Before The Kynge His Maiestye At Grenewiche, Vpon Good Frydaye.‘ It contains a quote from Hebrews 7:26. From that point on, the word ‘excelsior’ appeared in common usage as ‘excelsior coelis’ which was used to mean ‘higher than Heaven’.

“For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.” Isaiah 14:13-15 (KJB)

Interestingly, it is Lucifer in Isaiah 14 who says that he will ascend up higher and that he will ‘exalt my throne above the stars of God’. New York calling their brand-new vaccination passport the excelsior, a prototype of the Mark of the Beast, only serves to reinforce my decision to never, ever take the vaccine or receive a vaccine passport, excelsior or otherwise. This is only the beginning, and as more states start rolling out the vaccine passports, the connection to the Mark of the Beast and the coming Antichrist will become ever more apparent.

New York Rolls Out Vaccine Passport

FROM BREITBART NEWS: The vaccine passport, called the Excelsior Pass, is what USA Today describes as a “first-in-the-nation certification,” which will be used at large-scale events and entertainment venues. It became available to New Yorkers on Friday, and the venues that accept it are expected to expand in the coming days and weeks.

This month, the Cuomo administration announced the Excelsior Pass, developed in partnership with IBM, would be tested at Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center.

“We’re doing everything we can to vaccinate as many New Yorkers as possible, as quickly as possible, while keeping the infection rate down and reenergizing our economy in a safe, smart way,” Cuomo said in a statement.

“As we begin reopening the valves on different sectors of our economy, we are putting guidelines in place to ensure individuals attending events involving larger gatherings have tested negative for COVID or have been vaccinated to avoid an outbreak of the virus,” he continued.

“The Excelsior Pass will play a critical role in getting information to venues and sites in a secure and streamlined way, allowing us to fast-track the reopening of these businesses and getting us one step closer to reaching a new normal,” he added.

USA Today reported:

Like an airline boarding pass, people will be able to prove their health status with a digital QR code – or “quick response” machine-readable label. They’ll need to download the Excelsior Pass app, enter their name, date of birth, zip code and answer a series of personal questions to confirm their identity. The data will come from the state’s vaccine registry and also will be linked to testing data from a number of pre-approved testing companies.

The new pass is part of a growing but disjointed effort to provide vaccine “passports” or certifications, so people won’t have to hang onto a dog-eared piece of paper, worry about privacy issues or forgeries, or fork over extra cash to prove they’re not contagious.

In contrast, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) balked at the idea of requiring vaccine passports, deeming it a “terrible” and “unacceptable” idea and vowing they will not be required in the Sunshine State.

“The vaccine passport is a terrible idea. We are definitely not going to require anything from the state’s perspective. That is totally off the table,” DeSantis said during a roundtable discussion this month with renowned doctors and epidemiologists.

“If I have businesses that want to do that in Florida, I think that that’s more than just a private decision,” he added. “So what form that would take, I’d have to discuss it with my folks. I’d have to discuss it potentially with the legislature. But I think it’s a very, very bad idea,” DeSantis continued.

“Look, if you want to go to a movie theater or concert, all this stuff, go. If you don’t, don’t. But to require somebody to show some type of proof of vaccination, I think, is completely unacceptable, and it’s not something that we’re going to support here in any way in Florida,” the Republican governor added. The Pentagon has chosen the Palantir Maven AI War System software platform to become a ‘program of record’ in its warfighting lineup

While Peter Thiel is stationed across the street from the Vatican giving lectures on the coming Antichrist, his dystopian company Palantir is busy bringing in the Mark of the Beast System. To that point, news coming out of Washington this morning shows us that the Palantir Maven AI War System software has just been adopted by the Pentagon as a ‘program of record’. The Palantir site says that Maven “powers real-time, AI-driven decisions in critical government and commercial enterprises in the West, from the factory floors to the front lines.” What could possibly go wrong?

I know it feels like we are living in a movie like those Christian prophecy films from the 1990’s, but in reality, we are living in the days where prophecy is unfolding from the pages of your King James Bible. But to those of us that read and believe The Book, it is crystal-clear what’s going on. Pentagon to adopt Palantir Maven AI as core US military system

FROM YAHOO! FINANACE: Palantir Maven artificial intelligence system will become an official program of record, Deputy Secretary of Defense Steve Feinberg said in a letter to Pentagon leaders, a move that locks in long-term use of Palantir’s weapons-targeting ‌technology across the U.S. military.

In the March 9 letter to senior Pentagon leaders and U.S. military commanders, Feinberg said embedding Palantir’s Maven ‌Smart System would provide warfighters “with the latest tools necessary to detect, deter, and dominate our adversaries in all domains”. The decision is expected to go into effect by the close of the ​current fiscal year, which ends in September, according to the letter, which was reviewed by Reuters and has not been previously reported.

Maven is a command-and-control software platform that analyzes battlefield data and identifies targets. It is already the primary AI operating system for the U.S. military, which has carried out thousands of targeted strikes against Iran over the last three weeks.

Designating Maven as a program of record will streamline its adoption across all arms of the military and provide ‌stable, long-term funding, Feinberg said.

The memo ordered oversight of ⁠Maven be moved from the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency to the Pentagon’s Chief Digital Artificial Intelligence Office within 30 days. Future contracting with Palantir will be handled by the Army, the letter said.

“It is imperative that we invest now ⁠and with focus to deepen the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) across the Joint Force and establish AI-enabled decision-making as the cornerstone of our strategy,” Feinberg wrote. Palantir and the Pentagon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Feinberg’s order is a significant win for Palantir, which has landed a growing ​stream ​of contracts with the U.S. government, including a deal announced last summer with the ​U.S. Army worth up to $10 billion. Those awards have helped ‌double the company’s stock price in the past year, lifting its market value to nearly $360 billion. Maven can rapidly analyze huge amounts of data from satellites, drones, radars, sensors and intelligence reports, and use AI to automatically identify potential threats or targets, like enemy military vehicles, buildings and weapons stockpiles.
