Our first week here at 209 N 4th street in historic downtown Palatka couldn’t have gone better, thank you all for your support

Week #1 has been concluded, and we couldn’t be happier. Every day, locals have been coming in, browsing and drinking coffee, and walking away with armloads of King James Bibles, Christian gifts and accessories, as well as some of the best Bible commentary books sold anywhere. Our amazing new Palatka community has embraced us with open arms, and the feeling is quite mutual. We are home.

We are working hard to complete everything for the weekend of our Grand Opening on September 14th. We will be celebrating that whole weekend with a 3-day ‘mini Camp Meeting’ at Bethany Baptist, where we will be joined by David Daniels from Chick Publications and Pastor Joel Tillis and the Soul Trap team. Mark your calendars for the 13th-15th of September and make plans to come and be a part of all that. You’re not going to want to miss it! Registration signup page will be post in a few days.

You’ll remember how back in October, we were contacted by people from Trinity Baptist Church here in Palatka who needed hundreds of Bibles after a wave of revival broke out during the memorial service for high school student Baylee Holbrooke. If you haven’t read that amazing article yet, please click here to do so now. Through the NTEB Free Bible Program, we were able to give them 300 Bibles, what a blessing for us as well as them.

Thanks to your prayers and support of this ministry, we are able to operate on so many levels to get the gospel out in these last days. Your giving helps to maintain the Free Bible Program, Bibles Behind Bars, the Gospel Witness Billboard program, as well as the Bookstore itself which is the hub of all this activity and our ‘open door’ to the community. Our new Bookstore location is not only beautiful, it’s also larger and less expensive then the old location. Please come and see it for yourself!

Praise the Lord, our move to the new location and the setting up there of everything is now complete, we are as of last Friday, open for business! Please pray that we will be a blessing to our new community of Palatka in central Florida, we have been very warmly received by the locals here. Our new location is quite different from the old location, and as you can see, could not be more beautiful. The best part? It’s a lot cheaper than what we were paying, and we have 3 times the available space.

The Lord has led us to a beautiful 19th-century farmhouse that was built when DL Moody was starting his great work in Chicago, and it looks like the type of place where you could easily imagine the great preachers of yesterday congregating in. Over the next few weeks, we are adding more shelving and more inventory, and of course we’ll be putting these new products online as well. We invite you to come and visit us at the new location at 209 N 4th Street in Palatka, Florida.

We want to give a huge ‘thank you’ for all the prayers and support from our amazing NTEB family, we could not have done it without you. Pray that many souls will be saved in this location, and that it will be a gospel lighthouse to the neighborhood. TO THE FIGHT!!!
