The Montana Supreme Court on Wednesday voted to affirm the chemical and surgical castration of transgender children

We recoil in horror when we read about the ‘angel of death’ Dr. Josef Mengele who performed those mind-numbingly terrible and obscene experiments of all those Jewish children at Auschwitz. We hold him up as the ultimate in demonic doctoring, and rightly so. But wait just a minute, now, there are things being done to children here in America in 2024 that goes far beyond anything ever conceived by Mengele and the Nazis. The Montana Supreme Court wants the country to know they are dedicated to castrating the children of Montana through both chemical and surgical means. America great again? Nope, not while this mess is going on.

Montana Supreme Court allows transgender care for minors to continue

FROM NBC NEWS: The suit, which was filed by two transgender teens and their families, as well as two providers of transition-related care, will now go to trial before Missoula County District Court Judge Jason Marks, who initially blocked the law in September 2023.

 The American Civil Liberties Union and Lambda Legal, an LGBTQ legal advocacy group, which are representing the teens and providers, said the decision was a victory for the state’s trans youths.

“Fortunately, the Montana Supreme Court understands the danger of the state interfering with critical healthcare,” Kell Olson, an attorney for Lambda Legal, said in a statement. “Because Montana’s constitutional protections are even stronger than their federal counterparts, transgender youth in Montana can sleep easier tonight knowing that they can continue to thrive for now, without this looming threat hanging over their heads.”

Chase Scheuer, press secretary for Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, said the office looks forward to “defending the case on its merits, which will include recent scientific developments ignored by this court.”

“The Supreme Court has abandoned Montanans once again to rule in favor of their out-of-state political allies,” Scheuer said in an emailed statement. “In upholding the district court’s flawed decision to temporarily block a duly enacted law, the Supreme Court put the wellbeing of children — who have yet to reach puberty — at risk by allowing experimental treatments that could leave them to deal with serious and irreversible consequences for the rest of their lives to continue.”

Doctors treat gender dysphoria — the distress that results when a person’s gender identity is in conflict with their gender assigned at birth — on a case-by-case basis, but minors who do pursue medical transition begin puberty blockers, which temporarily stop puberty, at its onset.

Montana’s Republican-controlled Legislature passed a law in April 2023 prohibiting health care providers from using puberty blockers, hormone therapy and surgery to treat minors with dysphoria. The law also prohibits Medicaid from covering such treatments for trans minors.

When Marks issued a preliminary injunction against the law last year, he wrote that it was likely unconstitutional and that “barring access to gender-affirming care would negatively impact gender dysphoric minors’ mental and physical health.” READ MORE

Minnesota’s Democratic Gov. Tim Walz signed legislation in 2023 that further enshrined the right to abortion and gender-affirming care into law and another that bans so-called conversion therapy.

Tim Walz is the Democratic Party nominee for vice president, and he very much has an agenda for America’s children as his tenure a governor of Minnesota clearly shows . If elected, Walz and Kamala Harris would make the surgical mutilation and castration of our nation’s children a high priority, and on a level that that Auschwitz “angel of death doctor” Josef Mengele could only have dreamed of. Minnesota governor Tim Walz signs bills further enshrining abortion, gender-affirming care into law

FROM CNN: The new legislation enhances existing state law that makes access to abortion and gender-affirming care legal and opposes conversion therapy. Walz previously signed an executive order restricting conversion therapy in the state in 2021. And earlier this year, the Democratic governor codified the right to abortion in the state and signed an executive order in March directing state agencies to protect and support access to gender-affirming health care across the state.

“In Minnesota, we’re protecting rights – not taking them away,” Walz said in a statement on Twitter after signing the bills.

The laws Walz signed Thursday include the reproductive health care and gender-affirming care bills, HF366 and HF146, which will shield people from legal action that other states may levy over such care.

The legislation banning conversion therapy, HF16, which garnered only two Republican votes in the Senate, outlaws organized attempts to convert people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning into straight or cisgender people.

Italian female boxer Angela Carini has revealed why she abandoned her Olympic boxing match against biological male Imane Khelif just 46 seconds into the fight

There is no such thing as a ‘transgender woman’, that is simply a biological male who has surgically and chemically altered their bodies in order to obtain the grotesque appearance of hybrid femininity. That we are living in a period of time that says this is right and normal is further proof we have arrived at the beginning of the Days of Lot prophesied in the Bible. Last night, biological male boxer Imane Khelif beat authentic female boxer Angela Carini so badly she quit in 46 seconds to prevent further catastrophic injury to her face. Angela Carini abandoned her boxing bout with Imane Khelif after 46 seconds

FROM THE DAILY MAIL UK: Angela Carini abandoned their bout after 46 seconds against her Algerian opponent in the women’s welterweight contest. The participation of Imane Khelif has been the source of controversy having been disqualified from the Women’s World Boxing Championships last year after failing to meet eligbility criteria. Carini had been struck twice by her opponent in the opening round, before abandoning the contest after speaking to her corner.

The 25-year-old had fallen to her knees and cried in the ring after abandoning the fight. Caini explained her decision to abandon the fight, revealing she had been rocked by the power of Khelif’s punches.

‘I went into the ring to fight,’ Carini said, as per the Italian news agency ANSA. ‘I didn’t give up, but a punch hurt too much and so I said enough. I’m leaving with my head held high.’

The Italian boxer had claimed before the fight that she could ‘only adapt to the rules of the Olympics’.

‘I am nobody to judge and I have nothing against my opponent. I had a task and I carried it out even if she didn’t make it,’ Carini added to the Gazzetta Dello Sport. ‘Everything that happened before the match had absolutely no influence.

Khelif’s participation in the event has been a source of controversy having been disqualified from the Women’s World Boxing Championships last year.

The Olympics website noted that Khelif had been disqualified hours before a gold medal bout against China’s Yang Liu in New Delhi after her elevated levels of testosterone failed to meet the eligibility criteria. The Algerian Olympic Committee (COA) hit back by claiming the disqualification was part of a ‘conspiracy’ to stop them from winning a gold medal and said ‘medical reasons’ were behind high testosterone levels.
