Aren’t you glad that, as a regular reader of NTEB, you know the truth well in advance of the mainstream media who may or may not decide to give it to you? We told you last year how Pope Pius XII worked to enable Adolf Hitler to carry out his demonic plan to kill the entire race of Jews in Europe. Not only that, Pope Pius XII also allowed Hitler to get rid of Germany’s Roman Catholic population as well. Hey Roman Catholics, how about them apples? Still think the pope, any pope, is the ‘vicar of Christ’?

The big con that the Vatican is currently trying to pull off is admitting yes, there have been abuses in the past but that’s not happening today. They are willing to admit to a little bit of ‘ecclesiastical transgression’ but that’s all in the past, so it doesn’t really matter. Flash-forward to 2020 where you have Pope Francis lying and covering up for pedophile priests while blessing the pagan Catholics in the Amazon and rubber stamping his approval on Gaia worship. Not only that, he changed the name of the Holy See Vatican Secret Archive to make its connection with the Nazis harder to spot.

That Pope Francis is a busy little bee, and when the Vatican releases the Pope Pius XII documents on March 2, I expect he’s only going to get busier.

FROM THE JERUSALEM POST: For his critics, Pope Pius XII is a figure who repeatedly failed to take a strong stance against Hitler or in favor of the Jews. For his defenders, he was a spiritual leader who did his best to work silently to protect the Roman Catholic and to allow its representatives to operate in secret to help those in need.

The pope’s role vis-à-vis the Nazi and fascist regimes, and the extermination of Jews, have been at the center of many disputes over the years. These disputes have often transcended the borders of historical research.

Considering that some of the documents were previously made accessible, it remains to be seen whether the Vatican’s decision will help solve the controversy.

“I believe that the opening of the archive is a symbolic gesture, I doubt that it will bring significant changes to what is known,” Prof. Manuela Consonni, chair of Holocaust Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Department of Jewish History and Contemporary Jewry, told The Jerusalem Post. “I’m not saying that nothing interesting will come out of it,” she said. “I think we will find documents that will support better what we know about him.”

HOW POPE PIUS XII AND THE VATICAN HELPED ADOLF HITLER AND THE NAZIS TO NEARLY REALIZE THEIR GOAL OF A ‘FINAL SOLUTION’ FOR EUROPE’S JEWS

Consonni said part of the reason the church did not take a stronger stance against Nazism and fascism was that it felt more affinity with those regimes than with communism, which it considered a greater danger.

“I do not believe that Pius XII wanted the Jews to be annihilated,” she said. “He was silent because he was indifferent, because he was not so interested. Even if scholars were to discover that he secretly did more than what we know so far, this doesn’t change the situation: As pope, he should have raised his voice publicly. It was his moral duty.”

Iael Nidam-Orvieto, director of the International Institute for Holocaust Research at Yad Vashem, expressed satisfaction regarding the possibilities offered to researchers by the opening of the archives.

“All the research that has been carried out on Pius XII so far has been based on very limited documents, while historians did not have access to the main bulk of material,” she told the Post. “Therefore, we can say that our insight on such a controversial topic has been only partial. For this reason, I believe that this is a very important step.”

Nidam-Orvieto said it is going to take many years to reach a fuller picture. “Research is a long process,” she said. “We will have to wait and see. I also believe, like many others, that we are not going to find any revolutionary document,” she said. “I don’t think that history is made through such things, but instead through vast bulks of material that enable better understandings.”

The archives will allow historians to shed new light on issues such as the pope’s policies and strategies, Nidam-Orvieto said, and also his relationship with religious orders and emissaries in different countries and the situation in those countries.

“All of these topics are crucial, and new questions will be opened as well,” she said. “Pius XII is a controversial figure, and this is not going to disappear. But we are going to be much more knowledgeable.”

The question of how the pope acted during the Holocaust is not only important to scholars.

On October 16, 1943, the Nazis raided the Jewish neighborhood in Rome and arrested more than 1,000 people. Many hoped Pius XII might intervene in favor of the local Jews to prevent their deportation. He did not. That is why for Rome’s Jews, who still live and thrive around the same square where their parents and grandparents were rounded up, this is not only a matter of historical research, Rome Chief Rabbi Riccardo Di Segni told the Post.

“The Jews of Rome lived under the rule of the pope for centuries,” he said. “They got rid of it in 1870. But there was always a very peculiar relationship, which reached its dramatic culmination under the Nazi occupation.” Another 1,000 Jews were arrested in the months following the October 16 raid, he added.

“Over 2,000 people were deported from Rome, and, as it is well-known, the Vatican never protested,” Di Segni said. “At the same time, monasteries and convents opened their doors to Jews. The church’s behavior was ambiguous. This has caused very strong reactions among Roman Jews, leaving aside the question of what the pope did or failed to do during the Holocaust in general.”  Di Segni portrayed Pius XII as a “gray” figure.

“There are those who want to make him a saint and those who consider him a completely negative figure,” he said. “I think that his personality and story are very controversial, and gray is therefore the most suited color to describe him.”

However, Di Segni said a less discussed aspect of the pontificate of Pius XII has proven to be far more clear-cut: the pope’s attitude toward the Jewish people after the war and until his death in 1958, a period from which documents are also going to be made public by the Vatican.

“The problems around Pius XII did not end with the war,” he told the Post. “Afterwards, he acted in a way that revealed very little sympathy, if not hostility, towards the Jewish people in many circumstances. He did not allow the restitution of baptized Jewish children who had been hidden in convents, did not show any support for the foundation of the State of Israel, was not receptive to those in the church who were reconsidering the teaching of contempt against the Jews, nor to the idea of abolishing the expression ‘evil Jews’ from the liturgy.” READ MORE

Russian warplanes have been detected off the coast of Alaska in a terrifying escalation, military officials said Tuesday.

When WWIII breaks out, plus or minus 10%, the Axis powers will be China, Russia, Iran and North Korea, this is known today as the CRINK Alliance. During WWII, Adolf Hitler all through the 1930’s was constantly doing little maneuvers to see at what point the pushback would come. As it turns out, the ‘pushback’ didn’t come until war was officially declared, too late, and the rest is history. Right now, America is being maneuvered by China, Russia, Iran and North Korea to see how much we will take. The time to pushback is right now, or pay the consequences. That’s the memo.

Russian war planes detected flying off coast of America

FROM THE DAILY MAIL UK: Officials with the North American Aerospace Defense Command said Russian aircraft never entered American or Canadian airspace. Authorities did not name the type of Russian aircraft, how many flew close to the coast nor what their purpose was.

The Russian planes remained in international airspace, but reportedly crossed into a region named the Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ), which is beyond sovereign US airspace. Aircraft are expected to identify themselves in the ADIZ, and NORAD says it surveils the area to maintain national security.

It comes just two months after US fighter jets were scrambled to the ADIZ region twice in three days when Russian military aircraft, including bombers, were also detected.

That incident first saw two bombers and two fighter jets buzz near Alaska, and after they were shadowed away by US aircraft, Russia followed it two days later by sending two more jets in a show of force. READ MORE

China suspends rare earth exports, kneecapping US industry reliant on Beijing’s ‘monopoly’

FROM THE NY POST: China has stopped shipping some heavy rare earth metals and magnets critical to US production of everything from cellphones to fighter jets as Beijing’s trade war with Washington simmers, leaving American industry in a bind.

Effective April 3, China is no longer exporting seven heavy rare earth metals processed exclusively in the Asian power, as well as heavy rare earth magnets — of which about 90% of the world’s supply are also synthesized on Beijing’s territory.

The export halt applies to all countries, but access to elements like dysprosium and yttrium is critical to US industry — especially in the tech, electric vehicle, aircraft and defense sectors, according to Drew Horn, who served as the top US official on strategic minerals and energy supply chain development in President Trump’s first administration

“Rare earths are in everything,” he told The Post Monday, singling out “the EV and auto space … [and] everything from cellphones, defense key components, [and] space travel.”

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed the Israel-Hamas ceasefire, along with plans for Gaza and a Palestinian state

Emmanuel Macron is smelling victory, and had this to say on X earlier today: “I have just spoken with President Mahmoud Abbas. France is mobilizing all its forces to achieve the release of all the hostages, to renew a stable ceasefire and to ensure immediate access for humanitarian aid to Gaza. It is essential to build a framework for the day after: to disarm Hamas and remove it from the scene, to establish a credible government and to reform the Palestinian Authority. These steps will allow, within the framework of the June conference, progress towards a two-state political solution, for the peace and security of all. We need peace.” And there it is.

The full and official title of the event is Modalities for the High-level International Conference for the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution. It is to be held at the United Nations headquarters Monday June 2 and go to Wednesday June 4. Keynote speaker will be Emmanuel Macron along with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The two men will serve as co-chairs of the event. The purpose of this meeting is to, finally, create a Palestinian state on Israeli land. As of the date of this writing, we are 7 weeks away from this momentous end times event.

PA President Abbas, French President Macron discuss Israel-Hamas ceasefire, reject Gaza plan

FROM THE JERUSALEM POST: Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed the Israel-Hamas ceasefire, along with plans for Gaza, during a Monday phone call, Palestinian state-run WAFA News Agency reported Monday. Abbas emphasized the “urgent need for a ceasefire and the swift delivery of humanitarian aid” into the Gaza Strip. Abbas also stated his “firm rejection” of the plan to relocate Gazans from the Strip.

The two discussed the possibility of the Palestinian Authority assuming “full responsibility” in Gaza, including security duties, with the goal of “international legitimacy, one system, one law, and one legitimate source of arms.”

France’s recognition of a Palestinian state

Macron said on Wednesday France could recognize a Palestinian state in June, adding that in turn some countries in the Middle East could recognize the state of Israel.

“We need to move towards recognition of a Palestinian state. And so over the next few months, we will. I’m not doing it to please anyone. I’ll do it because at some point it will be right,” he said during an interview on France 5 television. READ MORE

Supporters claim it is not a national ID because it is voluntary. However, any state that opts out will automatically make non-persons out of its citizens. The citizens of that state will be unable to have any dealings with the federal government because their ID will not be accepted. They will not be able to fly or to take a train.
