Adm. Brett Giroir Details Public Health Infrastructure to Reopen America: ‘ Digital Surveillance, Coronavirus Testing, Contact Tracing’ through mobile apps.
Adm. Brett Giroir, the assistant secretary for health (ASH), told Breitbart News exclusively on Tuesday that the federal government is developing a broad-based effort consisting of wide-scale testing, surveillance, and contact tracing to be able to control the spread of coronavirus once the president makes the decision to reopen America.
We have been telling you this the whole time, and by now it should be quite apparent, the America you knew before the coronavirus lockdown is not coming back. We told you how the coronavirus pandemic, or more accurately called the Plannedemic, was a real virus being used to bring in the New World Order. Not just in America, but in every nation around the world. America will reopen for business, no worries about that, but don’t bother locking the barn door when it does, the cow is already gone.
The new America will be a ‘brave, new world’ where the world-wide web that was planted back in 1994 will be used to track our every movement. Contact tracing, as draconian as that sounds, will only be the beginning, prepare for tracking on every level starting with your phones and mobile devices.

Adm. Brett Giroir Details Public Health Infrastructure to Reopen America: ‘Surveillance, Testing, Contact Tracing’
FROM BREITBART NEWS: Giroir is a four-star admiral in the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (USPHS), the federal uniformed service of the Public Health Service, and as ASH, a top adviser to the secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). He is a member of President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence’s White House Coronavirus Task Force and has emerged as the so-called “testing czar.” In that role, Giroir is charged with the logistics of scaling up U.S. efforts to test for coronavirus from about 100,000 when he took over the effort just a few weeks ago to now more than 3 million tests completed as he told Breitbart News on Tuesday.
“Over 3 million as of today,” Giroir told Breitbart News, referring to various diagnostic tests that have been completed testing whether an American has an active coronavirus infection. In the hotspots throughout the United States, Giroir added, the U.S. is leading the world in not just the testing total but also testing per capita—far ahead of places like South Korea and elsewhere worldwide that have been lauded on testing.

The next stages of combating the outbreak, he explained, will be preparing for the reopening of the country with a multi-pronged public health infrastructure approach including surveillance, expanded testing, and contact tracing, but also an expanded hospital capacity as well as wide-scale serological testing.
Giroir said that to reopen the country there needs to be a number of logistical public health structures in place that the administration is racing to get together as quickly as possible while the disease’s spread levels off. They include surveillance—or monitoring through existing structures that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) uses for other diseases to make sure the government is on top of any emerging potential hotspots before they break out big like right now—as well as expanded testing and contact tracing systems.
Giroir also explained how contact tracing works through the CDC in partnership with state and local health officials.
“Contact tracing is for every person who’s positive the CDC says on average there are probably five close contacts that they have interacted with,” Giroir said. “So the idea is to identify and call those people—and this done by local public health officials. Some of those people will need to be tested, and then isolated. If they’re positive or at-risk, we need to keep them chilled away until we determine if they’ve been infected or haven’t been infected and can go back. That’s the idea of contact tracing. You have a person who’s sick, they test positive, you then trace those near contacts who could if infected spread the virus independent of that person. Think The Nazis Were Defeated In WWII? They Went On To Run NASA, The EU Commission, NATO And The United Nations So You Tell Me Who Won The War
The Allies may have defeated Hitler in WWII, but one thing that was not defeated was Nazi ideology which found its way into NASA, the EU Commission, NATO and the United Nations
How many times have you watched documentaries, movies and newsreels showing the great Allied victory over Nazi Germany and the Axis powers? After WWII, high-ranking and powerful Nazis went on to do things like creating NASA in America, heading up the EU Commission in Europe, being in charge of NATO, and running the United Nations in New York City.

WERNHER VON BRAUN: For years dismissed as a conspiracy theory, Operation Paperclip eventually came to light and proved all the conspiracy theorists correct once again. The moon landing, whether you think it really happened or think it never happened, was created by a team of 1,600 Nazi scientists from Nazi Germany who were led by Wernher von Braun, Kurt Debus and Arthur Rudolph. All 3 of these men did work in Adolf Hitler’s concentration camps on thousands of victims who were the human fodder for their fiendish experiments. Not only did they never pay for their crimes, they were brought to America where they lived a nice, cushy lifestyle. Von Braun ran the V-2 assembly plant, called the Mittelwerk, that was in central Germany near Nordhausen, and it utilized enslaved labor from the attached Mittelbau-Dora concentration camp. Yet amazingly, NASA built a statue in his honor that remains to this day. Oy vey.
WALTER HALLSTEIN: He was man who was the first president of the European Commission, the unelected executive body of Europe. Hallstein held this post between 1958 and 1967 and is described on the Brussels EU website as a “visionary leader” and a “diplomatic force” who propelled European integration. However, no mention whatsoever is given by the Brussels EU to the fact that before and during World War Two Hallstein was a member of official Nazi organizations. The Association of National Socialist German lawyers was founded in 1933, immediately after the Nazis had seized power. In 1936 it was converted into the notorious Nazi Association of Law Protectors. Membership of this second organization was restricted to those individuals showing uncompromising support for, and participation in, the implementation of Nazi ideology. In a memorandum sent by Hallstein to the representative of the Nazi government at the university of Rostock in Germany in 1935, Hallstein stated he was a member of both these organizations.
ADOLF HEUSINGER: Heusinger played a key role in planning the Nazi occupation of Austria and, at the outbreak of World War II, in the Nazi invasion of Poland, Denmark, Norway, France, and the Netherlands. During the course of the war, Heusinger was appointed Brigadier General and later Major General. Heusinger was appointed Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, serving from 1961 to 1964 in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, he was the highest-ranking military officer in NATO, overseeing strategic military planning during a tense period of the Cold War.
KURT WALDHEIM: He was drafted into the German Wehrmacht in 1941. He served as an intelligence officer in the Balkans, primarily in Yugoslavia and Greece, as part of Army Group E. His unit was involved in brutal anti-partisan operations, including deportations of Jews and reprisals against civilians. None of that stopped Waldheim from becoming the Secretary General of the United Nations General Assembly.
The Nazi Party was taken down from power at the end of WWII, Adolf Hitler died ‘came to his end with none to help him’ as Daniel 11:45 alludes to, and the Allies won the battle. Yay! But the war started by the Nazis continues to be waged through the organizations the Nazis went on to create. These men were not heros, they were unrepentant Nazis who found fame and fortune doing for themselves what they had done for Hitler. There is no better example of covert Nazism in the 21st-century than the United Nations, sitting like a coiled serpent and waiting to strike again.

At the end of the 19th century, there was an explosion of technology that was unprecedented in human history, as if a spirit had risen and had given man a form of wisdom not previously possessed. Over the next decade, advances in artificial intelligence will mean that humans will no longer be needed “for most things” in the world, says Bill Gates.

At the moment, expertise remains “rare,” Gates explained, pointing to human specialists we still rely on in many fields, including “a great doctor” or “a great teacher.”
But “with AI, over the next decade, that will become free, commonplace — great medical advice, great tutoring,” Gates said.

In other words, the world is entering a new era of what Gates called “free intelligence” in an interview last month with Harvard University professor and happiness expert Arthur Brooks. The result will be rapid advances in AI-powered technologies that are accessible and touch nearly every aspect of our lives, Gates has said, from improved medicines and diagnoses to widely available AI tutors and virtual assistants.
“It’s very profound and even a little bit scary — because it’s happening very quickly, and there is no upper bound,” Gates told Brooks.
The debate over how, exactly, most humans will fit into this AI-powered future is ongoing. Some experts say AI will help humans work more efficiently — rather than replacing them altogether — and spur economic growth that leads to more jobs being created.
Others, like Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman, counter that continued technological advancements over the next several years will change what most jobs look like across nearly every industry, and have a “hugely destabilizing” impact on the workforce.
“These tools will only temporarily augment human intelligence,” Suleyman wrote in his book “The Coming Wave,” which was published in 2023. “They will make us smarter and more efficient for a time, and will unlock enormous amounts of economic growth, but they are fundamentally labor replacing.” READ MORE

Sleek new $143 million Maine Correctional Center in Windham opens after four years of construction with everything but King James Bibles and we’re fixing that
The new Maine Correctional Center in Windham officially opened in 2023 on the grounds of the former prison, which was more than 100 years old. The new facility is a medium security facility with a capacity of 566 male residents and 54 female residents, not including the Women’s Center. It looks more like a hotel than like a prison, is equipped with all the latest amenities, and provides ample opportunities for education, rehabilitation, and treatment services for all of the incarcerated population. Sounds pretty good. What doesn’t it have? King James Bibles, and we’re fixing that.
